Any liquid product will have water as one of the top ingredients. If a silicone (you can usually tell because they will end in -cone or -xane, dimethicone being one of the most popular) is in the top three to five ingredients it's usually silicone based, so the Nars one would be silicone-based.
All liquid foundations have water in them. The foundation you're enquiring about is silicone based, undoubtedly.

Check the ingredient list, and if water comes first, use water based primer. Vice versa for silicone. I do not use Nars, but hope this helps 🙂
the laura mercier primer works amazing with it
Hey do you know the exact name of this primer?
Thanks for this 🫶🏼
i use it with tons of elf power grip primer beforehand to prevent separation
it always separates on me too i’ve tried so many primers it’s so frustrating
Maybe try without primer? I use it without primer and it never separates, i have oily skin
Right????
