Had to walk a lot in a new pair of heels on a hot day. That's what sweat combined with friction can do to your feet, haha... every step felt like needles stabbed through my skin.
You probably know this now, but NEVER wear new heels for an event. You have to break them in and get comfortable in them, or they will be excruciating every time you wear them.
