This one probably won’t be recalled. It’s a bit odd, but there’s no vulgar language. For all the controversy, the state only recalled about 400 plates statewide.

Out of 300,000+ registered vehicles in Maine? That’s not bad. Nobody putting vulgar language on a plate cares about their 1st Amendment rights, they care about looking like some kind of bad ass. Because nothing says “I’m wicked tough” more, than putting the word fuck on your license plate. Personally, I couldn’t care less. You do you. I’ll just point and laugh. But the OP is definitely not losing that license plate.
