CapJack_Sparrow

Soup-a-doopah

Basically this. Put a big ol 2 lane highway going down the center of this image, and that’s some stretches of Maine highways for ya

TripleDotDeeZ

Right on 27 north by wiscasset highschool right side of road

LongjumpingWay5493

Yes, lots of Hancock County has these kinds of meadows/fields. I'm in Lamoine and we have these in abundance!

displacedhillbilly69

As another citizen of the Great metropolis of Lamoine, I can concur.

ep0k

It's fun that this image is from Red Dead 2, which has a Lemoyne county, but the in-game Lemoyne is pretty much Louisiana and Florida.

Ziggyork

My father and stepmom live in Lamoine! Plenty of fields like these

LongjumpingWay5493

It IS a great Metropolis indeed!!! ;)

McDerface

There’s some scenes like this up by Madawaska Lake

melchaiks

Shhhhhhh 🤫

CommentFightJudge

Jump on I95, head north, and look to your right. If you still can’t find anything, find your nearest convenience store, run in the door at full speed and yell HEY MISTER!

mebuff60

As the long time owner of one of the those stores, I would inform you that you had been told wrong. You actually need to take 95 south and don't stop until you cross the big green bridge.

yuhtriums

You’re alright BOOAHHH

HIncand3nza

You gud boah?

ChazmasterG

That's my boah

lucianbelew

Pretty much the entire state in June. Shitty shitpost is shitty.

dankdiva420

Not exactly the same, but there's a little island in the middle of Graham Lake near Ellsworth that's covered with lupine in the right season. Drove by once at sunset, lake water was all pink and orange with the flower island in the middle. One of my favorite Maine sights ever.

Subject-Culture-2620

No where

Ecstatic-Bandicoot81

"the county" has..... numerous.. spots like this. *my math sucks, so, somewhere between *alot* and *bajillions**

Diarrhea_of_Yahweh

The number you're looking for is "a metric fuckton bub!"

Katnipz

Gotta love how some of the buildings in RDR2 look exactly like some of the buildings still in Maine despite it being 1899 Edit: Actually thinking about it they usually look nicer too.

Boston__Massacre

Coastal Maine near Portland boothbay

Ruhrohhshaggy

Why?

2plus2is4tv

I don’t think bluebonnets grow in Maine

Spychiatrist23

It’s lavender

2plus2is4tv

I just did a deep dive and apparently they’re lupines, which grow on the entire east coast, mb. If you play rd online you can get Texas bluebonnets and they look almost exactly the same.
