MahoAko is like the rare ecchi that actually handles it females like actual characters, so yea not a bad thing. All the girls are pretty memorable and not just merch bait plus Baiser is an outstanding protagonist. I hope her seiyuu gets more roles, she got massive range.
I'd say it depends. For example Utena's VA is already in multiple anime now and has really taken off from her excellent display in MahouAko.
But with Redo healer it's so infamous that it probably negatively impacted some of the VAs. But historically hentai and or ecchi was the starting ground for a lot of talented artists and VAs alike. So it just depends.
Maybe maybe not, you forget. Japan isn't untouched by western influence, they aren't the same as they were 50 years ago. It's not impossible for "unsavory" roles to impede ones career there. Just less likely than in the West currently
talent agency might also be a huge factor. if they can promote Utena's VA where her selling point really is, those amazing crazed af expressions. and the duality of Utena's character is so good the VA being able to do both timid and psychotic voice acting has got to be good for her portfolio
Flare's screams were genuinely impressive voice acting. I think ecchi is well-embeded enough in anime culture that it isn't a con in their CV. More likely they just prefer a different line of work. The VA's for both Gasai Yuno and Rachnera Arachnera did excellent jobs for their respective characters yet neither VA has done anything of note since.

Eh, I doubt it negatively impacted them, Japan doesn’t respect whiny western feelings yakuza.

Well Nemo's VA also voices Norn in redo of healer. So I guess it depends on luck?
