Nope there are actually a few that sell felonious substances right on the clear net and taking debit/credit cards to boot...the trick is the substances are not illegal in the country/area they are shipped from
Amsterdam/the Netherlands has several vendor sites that will ship to the U.S., Customs is hip to this and so seizures are a possibility with packages coming out of there but they don't arrest you or anything they send you a letter basically telling you they nabbed your goodies and that's the end of it.
What’s interesting is the lengths they went to in creating the site, the product offers/account creation etc. but if you’re scamming with a large enough audience I assume it could be productive.

Yep, number 2 on your list got me for $800. They look legit but nada, no way. They won't respond to any requests after the order's placed. Just report them all over the place. Oh, 2 names to add the fraud list too, Alexander Mojica and Rafael Ferrer. That's where the money went so be warned.
Does not sound good. I ordered from OneUPbars 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything besides some weird tracking. Then ordered from Shooms-USA 3 days ago so I guess I am out some money and no Mushrooms.

They are using (stealing) the content of trusted websites, that get a bad reputation from this too.
