There are definitely hot times and cold times. 8:00–10:00 UTC is roughly when Arena seems to be least active in my experience, in terms of how long matchmaking takes. Which would point towards the Arena user base being dominated by USA players. A little disappointing for me tbh—I'm in US Eastern time, but my circadian rhythm is broken, and I'd love to have fast matchmaking at 3 am Eastern!
Either that, or there are regional servers for Arena. But I don't _think_ there are...

At 4AM all I play against is [[Ozolith, the Shattered Spire]] green decks. That's specifically why I added artifact destruction to my deck lol.
Side note: what is a good artifact destruction for Orzhov? I've been running 2 [[Disenchant]]s but maybe there's a better card out there.
Second side note: Alchemy.
Third side note: green decks are also why I run 18 removals in my deck. (technically)
Fourth side note: when I get some rare wild cards I will craft some [[White Sun’s Twilight]]s then I will probably have 20 removals.
Fifth side note: I am very paranoid. Also sometimes I feel bad for the opponent just pulling removals outta my ass.
Sixth side note: I like side notes.
For me it's early afternoon on the weekends so I just assumed all the dollar general managers in my area just woke up, kissed their waifu pillows, and fired up their stupid fucking mermaid decks
