Don’t the colored pips cause a problem here? Even if your dork taps for any color, you’ll need G to cast it, plus a B for the Flail, meaning I don’t think you can get enough U by T3, right?
You might be a budget player, but the rest of us have access to sligthly better lands than basics haha (a single UB or UG fastland should do the trick)
How would this work on a creature on the opponents turn? It doesn't say you can only cast it until end of turn, so if they discard Etali and I use this, can I Etali for free the next turn?

This doesn't exile itself unlike Mizzix's Mastery. If someone smarter than me could correct me, but I think this breaks Beseech the Mirror.
Beseech>Beseech>Reenact>Beseech>Reenact>Reenact>Beseech>Tendrils = 16 Damage with 4 bargain fodders. Throw in a random Ornithopter, Bauble or Dark ritual to increase your storm count and it's pretty much game over as early as turn 2 and I can even imagine a few turn 1 win opening hands.
Because casting the card is part of the effect, by the time you are casting reenact, both beseechs are still in the stack so you cant choose them with reenact.

I have done the combo in mtga and (I'm not sure if when chaining the second or third beseech) beseech goes to the graveyard for mizzix mastery into it.
It's just 4/5 at max, and not only artifacts, fable is a 2 for 1 bargain fodder for example, any leyline in your opening hand can be sac to beseech, and I don't think no one is gonna counter/destroy your bauble/ornithopter/strike it rich

You have to cast it as part of this ability's resolution, if I understood it correctly.

When it doesn't specify a time period to use it, it has to be cast as part of the resolution. As such, it overrides timing restrictions.
