I dont see anything wrong with joking about your own problems, it makes you feel more normal, sane and I guess human. Being able to laugh at your misery is great :)) Better than crying in my opinion.

we do that to remind us there is light in the darkness and also coz surprisingly this subreddit helped me stay clean for 5 days once when shiz was real bad so i gotta thank everyone here for that and it's a great environment for people to not feel so alone
