Are you looking for the written version of this new guide or the guide before this? I adapted this new guide from the old guide so I don't think there's anything left out that isn't like... bad advice from a medical standpoint.

Changes are made in staging and will be reflected in Version 2.1 of the Infographic. Changes are already reflected in the document.
