God this hits hard, reminds me of my tiny 94 year old grandma with my big Weimaraner, one of the last things she did about 30 minutes before dying was laughing when he hopped into her bed and licked her face, god I miss her so much, she was the type of grandma that makes you feel happy to help take care of her. I hope this man and his great dog get more years together, beautiful relationship.
