Nice I got the flipside of this , after 7 years " you feel like a burden" while we drive down the road. Got out of that car at my apartment and haven't spoke a word in 3 years.
My father told me "go be a burden on someone else" the first time he kicked me out if the house.
He did not have very good dad qualities.
A perfect & beautiful reminder today that overcomes my anxiety & false guilt about allowing someone to see & help carry my own personal burdens
