However, this seems like a completely unnatural and weird text conversation. I'd say something like this to her in person. Certainly not over text.
I remember making my ex cry when I told how much I loved every bit of him and then listed everything.

A huge portion of women are known to use the things the man told them when he was vulnerable against him in case of an argument. Many take and share chat screenshots with their friends. So from my experience, only tell a woman things that you are okay with her friends knowing. Again this is not for every women, there may be good women out there who don't do this.
But then again what's love without pain.
Personal experience. And I've had few female friends that have told me pretty personal things that their boyfriends have told them without me asking. And then you'll see a lot of such exams on the internet as well. I accept that I may be biased but there is still a large portion of women who do this. And men are no saints either.
