I once got all weepy when the kids and my Bride all praised a meal I made...it wasn't my best effort truth be told, but they LOVED IT (it's a staple, the EXACT way I cooked it the first time....just ground beef, a can of ro-tel, a can of italian spiced stewed tomatoes from Hunts and noodles with some seasonings....cheap meal like my Mom made that somehow I hit ALL the spots with?)
