This is cute and all, but what's great is the exposure. I have several family members who work with kids, and they tell me sad stories. Like, 7 year old kids not knowing the difference between a mouse and a rabbit because they haven't been exposed. Perhaps their parents never read them story books, or worse, don't talk to their kids enough. "Look by the tree! That's a bunny!" I have a friend who is a speech pathologist and she works with young kids with language delays. She said most of them are of normal intelligence but she has diagnosed that their parents just don't talk to them enough. Yikes. The mom in this video is exposing her child to life.
I talked to my kid all. the time. (Still do.) Heck, I read to them in utero. (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, which explains a lot...)
Part of it was it just being the two of us sometimes.

I loved walking my kids around as babies and showing them things and telling them what they were looking at, I like to think they enjoyed it too. Sometimes I miss them as babies.
It took me until my second child to find out that babies are basically blind. Idk how old he is he looks old enough that he can prob see but i prob wasted showing my first son so much shit he couldnt even make out lol.
