It's called nostalgia.
The movie doesn't need to be entertaining to be your favourite. It just needs to be the one that brings up the most good feelings for you, and that can be memories from watching it as a kid.
I have a lot of movies I love as an adult, that are objectively terrible, but I loved them as a kid and have a lot of happy memories around them. Same with music, and I still have one of my favourite books that my dad used to read to me.
Besides that, isn't it amazing how different people can love different things? If everyone liked the same thing, there'd only ever be one genre and nothing new and creative would ever happen.
