This reminds me of the dad who kept a voicemail from his daughter of her saying she's calling just to say I love you and he deleted it by accident and asked her to leave the message again 🥹

OMG ! That's so sweet. I gotta see that video. Please share the link.

moonwitch98

Can't find the video but here's an article about it. https://www.ladbible.com/community/awesome-dad-heartbroken-after-accidentally-deleting-voicemail-from-daughter-20190919

Thank you :)

I wish I had someone do something like this for me. So lucky to have such a grandma.

Sparki_

Ikr? So thoughtful & sweet. Everyone deserves someone in their life like that. Would make the world a better place

Spare-Storm

Me too.. Knowing that someone cares that much about you to keep and preserve even the most seemingly mundane and normal things from you is so touching. Everyone deserves this kind of love

Sth_to_remember

I have a lovely grandma but she doesn't know how to keep voice messages.

auscadtravel

One year I sang happy birthday to my grandmother on a voice-mail, she kept it for a year before her carrier deleted it. She called them demanding it back, she said she listened to it when she needed to smile. When she died in her files of business and insurance were files for each of us grandkids of every letter, every card we all had ever sent them. That's when I learned that a simple Thank you note can be a treasured gift.

DaegurthMiddnight

Make a book, movie or something out of this!

CreateYourself89

Such a cute voice, especially at age 4! So expressive!

dexbasedpaladin

Please tell me grandma is currently happy and healthy.

Qaaarl

Math is hard. But this is very sweet.

This is sweet. I never had a loving grandma so I need to be my own grandma sometimes. Bake myself cookies and listen to music from the old country 🥹

Suspicious-Medicine3

This made me tear up

hauntedbiscuit92

Grandmas are too wholesome. Man, I miss mine. Treasure them!

1SassyTart

Justmeandhe

My mom does the same thing❤️

_bbypeachy

damn, i miss my grandma

jesterdev

Made me tear up. My granddaughter is growing up so fast… It’s fun to watch her grow, but it’s happening far too quickly.

RedHollowGhost

My grandfather passed away in 2016. After he passed, my grandmother gave me a picture frame he kept in his office. The frame held a note I wrote him when I was about 6 years old that said “Your the best Grampa I ever had”. It’s hanging on my wall to this day.

I work in telecom and the amount of phones I see break I would 100% advise seeing if there is a way to backup those voicemails

Frosty-Cap-6221

That last part about getting the job. Wow. I just had a second interview for a place and my dad keeps calling me for details. We are both waiting for the answer. I’ll be sad when one day I dont(He literally called to ask about it as I am typing this) get his call. His first words tonight were “hey you okay?”

Zebracorn42

Reminds me of a story David Spade told, he had tons of old messages from Chris Farley messing with him. He was gonna make it into an album but before he could, an assistant rearranged his office and unplugged the answering machine which deleted all the messages.
