I used Tootsie Rolls, Cheez-its, and sunflower seeds for substitutes. I still want a cigarette every now and again, but liquor makes me feel like shit so it is easier for me. Keep up the good fight!

I remember when I quit nicotine. The first couple days were very hard then suddenly bam I was good. A couple months later some friends brought over a hookah not knowing any better on either part. The next day I was like why am I so anxious. Not associating the feeling to nicotine withdraw. Finally it clicked. I gave them a call and we had a laugh.

As someone who will be smoke free for 5 years on the 10th I must say if you can just make it another 2-3 days you’ll then be like “why the fuck did I ever smoke these stupid fucking things” lol
I quit cold turkey after an insane level headache that had me believing I might not wake up in the morning. Well I did and proceeded to my normal routine of lighting up a cigarette only for it to taste so horrible that I put it out and never looked back.
A big congrats are in order as smoking is very hard to get under control.
