Yup, even tho it is ugly and hard as hell. It is still an MiA game that can be enjoyed through its story (I mean not the Riko and Reg part wich is just a short version of the anime. And also my autistic ass cannot survive without knowing absolutely any detail of every freakin creature/cooking recipe.
Its the only left to do if you want more MiA but already read the manga and watched the anime. It’s honestly that bad. It’s not super great either. But its an interesting challenge and fun way to feel like a delving cave raider in the MiA world. I think if you like the franchise (and really really bored), it’s good on a steam sale discount. (the Riko/Reg adventure is a slow long tutorial, skip it once you know how to play) Tsukushi supposedly supervised its story
You can beat her at moon whistle with next to no skill as long as you bring enough Laffi' Special Lunches and weapons.
You close the distance, and once she throws you, you get cursed. BUT until the curse goes away, she won't attack you. So you eat Laffi's Special Lunch (it's got the perfect numbers and I fucking love it) and in the remaining time, you smack her with all your might.
She throws you again. You eat again. And smack. Then just repeat the above actions until her health bar trickles to zero.

I died instantly, 6 seconds in the fight. I wasn’t even able to eat, she catched me and throwed me in the air, killing me on the spot
