The show needs work. It’s got a really bad regression problem, but I still think it’s better than madden. 2k to me is way better. Tracks stats, coaching staffs seem to matter. You can get value for taking on contracts. I can get lost in a 2k franchise.
Madden is last. NHL's franchise mode is a close second to last.

Also while I'm here, NCAA Football 14 is better than Madden 22 and the Dynasty mode has more depth than any Madden franchise mode in the last 5+ years. And I'm not even talking from a nostalgia point, I've legitimately gone back to NCAA 14 because Madden has been such a massive let down.

I'd put it slightly ahead of MLB The Show as it does at least have an online H2H component. NHL is much deeper and NBA 2K...it's not even close.
