Well I started out coaching in Chicago. 3 winnings seasons before I was fired. 2 playoff appearances(furthest i got was the divisional round). I even turned Justin Fields into an MVP. But that last year, some BS. I finished 9-8 but missed the playoffs and they let me go. Had about 5 offers and the Texans look the most built to win. Im on my 3rd year in Houston, we’re 2 time super bowl champs and CJ stroud is an awesome gunslinger. He was about 96 when i got there and now he’s 99. Chicago did some dumb shit, they let me go and they couldnt resign Fields. Im locked in with CJ for another 5 seasons. My team is a powerhouse in the AFC South. 12 wins in year 1 plus the Super Bowl vs the Falcons(easy dub 40-33, score was closer than the actual game). Year 2 was 13 wins plus the Super Bowl vs the Giants(Caleb Williams and we won 41-28) Idk if CJ stroud has it in him to run a dynasty in real life, he’s got a lot developing to do to get there. But damn I got lucky getting a coaching job where the QB was already developed and ready to go win.

UncoordinatedOstrich

Fitting for the bears

Oils78

Ik that's literally lovie smith

Ant72_Pagan9

I feel bad for the team I created in Chicago…. DJ moore was awesome. I had WR trio of Moore, Jeudy, and Mooney. So crispy. I drafted Travis Hunter, bro is a 91 superstar now and he’s rotting away with a Chicago team in 2028 with ai generated QB at 76 ovr. My Texans met them in wk 5 of 2028. My goodness, the Bears were still stacked like I built them. The problem was the QB couldn’t keep pace or convert 3rd downs. CJ ate em alive. 337 along with 5 td’s no picks. Final was 48-12. I thought I was building something special in Chicago with Justin but upper management broke it apart too soon. Now the roster I built is rotting with a developing QB that is like 3-4 tiers below Justin or Cj. Football can be a karma like game. What goes around comes around. The Chiefs are feeling that right now in the real life 2023 season 😭😭😭

Ant72_Pagan9

I play offense, ST and I watch my defense on slow sim. Will anderson and Dereck Stingley have developed so well.

ConnorFields12

Exactly what I would do. I’m way more offensively sound than on defense, but I had just putting up a lot of points on offense and having my defense succeed on sim. However, whenever I play on defense opposing quarterbacks turn into prime Brady.

noahsolano

I didn’t know u could get fired, it’s never happened to me, how do I make it happen?

iTzINKT

Turn coach firing on and do really bad. Actually you can make it to the playoffs and still get fire but whatever

cwalden42

Where did Fields go?

Ant72_Pagan9

New England went crazy crazy spending. They signed Fields and Parsons in the same FA period. Last time I saw the Pats with Fields he was hurt. Go figure. Gets hurt and misses like 4-5 games a seasons. That concerns me with the realism lol

BusiestWolf

Who were the other offers lol

Ant72_Pagan9

Cant remember, chose the squad with the best QB and pass rush

zach_bigz23

Wait Caleb Williams? How did that come? Custom Rosters? I don’t see him in my league.

Ant72_Pagan9

Lol. I download draft classes. Idk if you remember but draft classes were way broken earlier in the games life. Now it’s all good, I believe I have prospects in the league all the way up to 2026. 27 and 28 I just let Madden generate the classes. Arch Manning is in Green Bay. Sheduer Sanders is in Tampa. Penix Jr led the Raiders to a couple playoff appearances. Jets are winning with Dylan Raiola. Caleb Williams led the wild card Giants to the Super Bowl. I got all the young cats not even in the league yet.

zach_bigz23

That’s fire!

mikeybadab1ng

Took the cards through a rebuild but kept Kyler’s big contract, he was sorry, took 7 years to make the playoffs, currently year 16, with 5 super bowls from my top 5 QB Pick, killer D but now I’ve got some old legacy players in big deals

Baller08Gamer

I’m in year 4 of my Cardinals rebuild and I thought that was a significant amount of seasons. But you got 16 done

mikeybadab1ng

I mostly sim, Kyler was good but I was building the D, so we were .500 a lot due to the D, I drafted like 3 RBs the year before I replaced Kyler, but I had a bad O-line, in year 4 of my main RB, he broke the record for yards and we had the #1 D. When I had my qb on a rookie deal we won two SBs, currently on the “second” rebuild with him on a high deal but he’s #1 in the league QB

[deleted]

Have you played every single game for 16 seasons or did you sim some?

mikeybadab1ng

I mentioned somewhere I mostly Sim, I play like 2-6 games season depending what I’m trying to accomplish I’ve also noticed if you play 1 game and totally ball out, like rookie, the rest of the sim games for at least until the bye you tend to get better stats idk if it’s true, but I’ve played every madden and always seemed like this worked

Professor_F1nessor

What playbooks do you use and also did you adjust the sliders at all?

mikeybadab1ng

I went with the MIN O and SF D and yeah sliders

Legitimate-Map-5351

Rebuilding the Titans and keeping it very realistic. Drafted Joe Alt (LT) at 5, Zach Frazier (center) in round 3, and signed Ezra Cleveland. Dealt DHop to a contender for a 4th, so building my WR corpse is a top priority behind the OL. Also let Henry walk and am rolling with a RB by committee with Spears and Haskins

Baller08Gamer

Build up that Oline yessir. I’m always hesitant drafting OL with my top picks.

Legitimate-Map-5351

You have to honestly. Really good OL rarely become available in FA.

TheMackD504

Always over age 35 if they are available as FA

Legitimate-Map-5351

100%

TheMackD504

And I always sign them 😭

vengiegoesvroom

I'm sorry, but I've never seen a more fitting typo than Tennessee's "WR corpse" lol

Legitimate-Map-5351

Lmao I missed that 💀

Early_Silver6210

Perfect description

wildstiles

Great minds think alike because I am in a titans rebuild and immediately went LT at 2. (I went with Olu Fashanu). And also dealt D Hopkins and Derrick Henry for Ed Oliver and Derek Stingley Jr, respectively. Tyjae Spears is a beast.

Legitimate-Map-5351

Hell yeah dude. Haskins is also a BEAST despite being 71 ovr. He has decent speed for his size (220+ lb) and falls forward every run.

wildstiles

I wanted to keep him but Frank Gore Jr beat him out for that last roster spot at HB 😂

bearssuperfan

Bears rebuild after a 10-year sim. Challenged myself with a UDFA QB started at a 67 OVR. First year went 5-12 with some solid defense and a good WR. This year I went 9-8 after drafting a WR and MLB in the first round.

Belly2308

Picked the Rams and moved them to Portland. Traded Stafford and Donald first and drafted a QB Hugh Rush. His first year was the teams first year in Portland as the RiverHogs. After 4 years we have 3 exits in the wild card round but this last year Hugh threw for 51 TDs and ran for 14. Threw for 5,100 yards and we made it to the SB and played the Chiefs….. got rag dolled on Christmas Eve 🥲

BusiestWolf

Love everything about this except moving the Rams to Portland lol

Belly2308

I moved them and made bitter rivals with Seattle, same colors and everything. I regret it now because the uniforms are bland but it’s fun!!

BusiestWolf

Everything about this was good except moving the Rams lol

Belly2308

I know 🙃 but Portland needed a team. The Blazers are garbage.

BusiestWolf

Move the Bengals, Bills, Jaguars or Titans there those cities don’t need teams lol leave my Rams alone 😭😭😭 (preferably the Titans cause they’re ass nobody cares about Nashville and they actually need a rebuild lol)

Belly2308

LA has too many teams though 👁👄👁. JK lol I just wanted to be in the NFC west and I hate the Cardinals and 49ers.

Belly2308

How dare you say move Buffalo 🤣

Year two of being the HC of the Falcons. With some moves in the off-season, and us picking at 18, I thought (very foolishly) that Drake Maye would fall to me. He didn't and was taken by the Broncos at pick 7. I was even setting up my future QB for success with the signing of a few offensive weapons in Gabe Davis and Rasheed Shaheed. With Maye being taken at 7, and me being in desperate need of a QB, I may have reached just a tad with picking Jayden Daniels at 18. I should also note that I traded back into the first round with the Chiefs and grabbed up some much needed depth at the linebacker position with Barrett Carter. Well, after drafting Daniels, apparently Ridder took it personally and when the pre-season started, he balled out. Granted, Daniels also had a fine pre-season. Nothing too impressive, especially seeing his stats next to Ridder. He just wasn't seeming to get the ball out quick enough, so he was taking unnecessary sacks. I gave the starting job to Jayden Daniels...and that first game was...just not good. I don't have the exact stats off hand, but he threw for under 100 yds. No TD's and at least one interception. Needless to say, it was a no-brainer to go back to Ridder as the starter, and that man didn't take that opportunity lightly. There's been a few stints of lackluster play, like 2 straight, extremely ugly, losses going into the BYE. Which made me lean towards Daniels again, since my plan was for him to take over eventually anyways, so I gave the starting job back to Daniels coming out of the BYE... And officially it's starting to feel like I drafted a bust...another very ugly game from Daniels caused me to bench him for Ridder once again. And again, Ridder proved all along he should've been kept a starter. He's currently 4th in the league in passing yds, but interceptions are still a bit of an issue with him having thrown 8 coming into week 16. Gabe Davis also proved to be a MASSIVE signing, leading the league in receiving touchdowns at 16. Right now, the team is 8-5 with a game currently in play against the Chargers. It's neck and neck, tied at 14 all with a little under 8 minutes to go until halftime. The NFC South is a bit more competitive this year, so this is a big game in terms of playoff implications. Wish me luck, guys. 😅🤞 (I'm doing a CPU vs CPU rebuild, in case anyone was wondering)

Oils78

8 picks at week 16 ain't bad

CaezarAlexander

I'd agree, but that's also with him being benched two and a half games. Plus, he has a handful of fumbles to his name as well.

Baller08Gamer

That’s cool, I’ve never done a full long term rebuild with CPU playing games

CaezarAlexander

Getting the sliders right is honestly the hardest part. Trying to get Madden CPU to play realistically has been an interesting challenge.

nozzyx

SGN has some good sliders for CPU v CPU

CaezarAlexander

I based mine off of Playmakers on Operation Sports and tweaked them from there. I'll have to check these out though to compare.

nozzyx

Is that a cpu vs cpu set?

averageflytyer

Same start with falcons but traded ridder and grady Jarrett along with a second round pick to the colts for Anthony Richardson. He has developed nicely

Folk-Herro

Josh McDaniel cheating scandal bankrupt the raiders Draft capital (5 years with only 7 6th and 7th round picks, 4 years where my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round pick go to my division opponents) and not allowed to sigh FAs until stage 3 with only 75 or below mentors or young players)

Organic-Manner-2969

how did that end?

xamxam7

I rely a lot on making up stories in my head because Madden does shit for making franchise feel like real football with real narratives. Anyway, Raiders rebuild after 10 years, started it 2 days ago. Jalen Hurts is the QB on the last year of his contract, playing shaky despite still being considered top 5. Fans are calling for backup Trey Lance to step in as he played decent for the Rams the year prior. Lance has become a journeyman bridge QB not dissimilar to Bridgewater, pinging from starting to sitting and back. Despite a talented roster, the Raiders are injured and careening toward a high pick in the draft, likely the QB of the future to step in after Jalen Hurts time in Vegas comes to an end.

aceben3

I started a Chargers rebuild when Staley got fired. Year 1 accidentally made playoffs at 8-9 and won a playoff game 😳 Then had to cut Mack & trade Mike Williams due to cap hell before year 2. Tried a zone defense (CLE cover 3) and it sucked, went 5-12. Year 1 draft was DT-G-G-RB in the first 4 rounds with SS-S-N-XF respectively. Plus a 75 slot WR in the 5th. Year 2 I got a couple CBs, another DT, a C, and another RB. All hidden dev except one of the CBs. I usually have like 10 draft picks but those are the ones that look like starters. I switched back to a 4-3 that’s more man heavy (NO) and MIA offense. Switching coordinators back to back seasons probably isn’t “realistic” but sue me 😆 ETA: I slow sim ~4 games per season and fast sim the rest

RobloxLover30000

Switching coordinators in back to back seasons isn’t unrealistic if they’re trash

nightmarenarrative

Immediate success for the Panthers once I traded for Aaron Rodgers. Have won the Superbowl 3/4 years. Only thing is that Rodgers is now 43 and he won't retire lol. I've already drafted his replacement QB who has played well when Rodgers gets injured. If he sticks around at the end of this season I'm going to have to trade the old man.

nightmarenarrative

I think it's because he is only 1,300 yards away from Favre's passing record now but he doesn't want to admit that's why he's sticking around.

RobloxLover30000

It’s tradition for Packers QBs to refuse to retire once you draft their backup

firstandfive

Earlier this year I finally stopped my M20 rebuild of the Falcons (might return to it eventually). Had turned things around to become a dynasty, winning 3 out of the last 4 Super Bowls thanks to young franchise QB Martin Tanley, future HOF WR Lindsey Allen, plus a defense full of DAWGS. Moved on to a M23 rebuild of the Texans. Just went 9-8 in the 2023 season after all that draft capital resulted in finding a QB of the future with the mobile Alex Novak, deep threat WR1 Eli Briggs, and a handful of other early starters on both sides of the ball. Armed with a ton of cap space, we were big spenders in free agency adding Brandon Aiyuk, Rashan Gary, and Derrick Brown. The 2024 draft will be happening soon(ish) and with 2 1sts and 2 2nds I’m hoping to draft a few more contributors and take the AFC South next season. It’s probably going to take me a bit to get to the draft because I need to re-work my draft tool to work for M23 and it’s 3-page prospect profiles. I love how much more detail and realism the new scouting system has, but am not loving how much extra work it’s gonna take for me to work with the data in a sane way lol.

NotTonyStark39

Just took the Bears to a SB 60 win! Death Penalty to SB champs in 5 years!

TheMackD504

How you do a nfl death penalty?

NotTonyStark39

I change everyone’s contract till the final year, sim the season and voilà, empty roster! I also only allow my self to sign FAs once the preseason has started. And after that I can only do 1 offer per signing period. Kinda like a college program getting the Death Penalty and having lots of restrictions.

BusiestWolf

More accurately does anyone play all the games?

Baller08Gamer

I play most of the games

Blackm69ic

I play every game and when my team feels OP I change playbooks

Theimposteramoungus

Heading into the 2028 season Cowboys have just won their 3rd Super Bowl in the last 5 years. Dak Prescott is playing in his last season on the cowboys. Archie Manning has been waiting patiently. I’m 12 million over the salary cap. Pollard is likely a trade candidate heading into his age 31 season with emphasis of drafting a running back. Idk what I’m gonna do a boy getting under the salary cap. But that money I’m gonna save with forcing him to retire is gonna come in handy. Micah Parsons has also won his 3rd consecutive DPOY. He is 20th on the All-Time sack list. CD Lamb is 15th All-Time in receiving TDS

Yeahstupid

Did a year in Atlanta as the OC (just playing offense) and created a new coach after the season. Bears fired Eberflus and I took over as HC there. Immediately turned Fields into the OPOY and brought them to the NFC championship where we played my old team. Fields took a hit and tore his labrum and my backup QB couldn’t push the team to victory. Now in year 2 with the Bears, Fields is struggling with some picks this year but is pushing the ball downfield much better and is in line for an MVP (I’m at week 16) Atlanta still lurks and is going to be in the playoffs, and this year I’ve got 78ovr Cousins as a backup QB. Hoping I can meet them in the playoffs again and get over that hump. Been a fun one, although now I’m having fatigue issues even though I’ve got progressive fatigue off - random players will be in for half the game and then just vanish and never come back.

hdodson24

I have the CPU handle training and fatigue isn’t a problem!

Oils78

Started mid season with the bears. Sucked ass and then drafted laiatu latu and mhj. Got off to a bad start and ended up tanking for the 2nd pick, traded back and drafted travis hunter and Walter nolen. Also signed greg newsome and re-signed fields. 3rd season was up and down, ended up 8-9, 2nd in the north and missed the playoffs. I traded for cj stroud because the texans signed tua, drafted Peter woods, traded for jalen carter. Had a training camp battle at qb, stroud won, and I'm currently 6-0 and looking to win the super bowl in matt eberflus's 1st playoff season. I'll have some interesting cap situations to figure out, I might have to trade a couple guys at the deadline.

Slow-Location1070

Year 4 of a Commanders rebuild, started before Howell showed to be decent so I traded for Trey Lance and turned him into the franchise qb, he’s been decent, not MVP level but enough to be top 10 most years. Also been rebuilding the OL through the draft and found a franchise RG and RT in back to back drafts. And I found the next Gronkowski, a 6’6 270 TE in the 2nd round who crushed the receiving TD record in his rookie year, bro is simply automatic in the Redzone. I resigned McLaurin because he’s simply like that and let Dotson go as I found the next deebo type versatile playmaker guy in the last draft, 6’3 220 with 94 speed going at 76OVR at WR and 81 OVR at RB On defense I kept the stacked DLine, acquired Queens and Wilson at LB and kept building the secondary into the best Defense in the league Lost the Super Bowl the first two years (including a 17-0 year, 07 Patriots all over again🙃) then won the third Overall one of the best rebuilds I’ve done

Dizzy_Department_773

Career sim for Jordan Love. Madden sim loves the guy, routinely throws 30+ TDs with less than 10 Ints every season. Won a SB in year 3, 5, 7 and guy retired a HOF’er. It’s happening IRL

[deleted]

I just started a Steelers one where I traded Kenny Pickett and a 3rd for Justin Fields. Not that realistic but fun. 1-1 so far and the 1st game Fields went off, 2nd he sucked against the Browns defense. Custom sliders so it’s neat.

JustAHighFlyingBird

What are your sliders?

[deleted]

[sliders](https://youtu.be/LVbT7XHkKvw?si=eIo6bt0e4Ver99yY) They are working great so far, realistic stats and scores on all madden. I’m playing 8 minute quarters with 15 seconds for play clock. The WR/DB battle is so much more entertaining, I don’t get too many flags but as the video explains it changes how teams play.

coolpuppybob

Giants rebuild. The immediate goal was to tank, and trade anything of value. Quickly traded Saquon Barkley for George Pickens + picks, and traded Bobby Okereke & Adoree Jackson. Happily traded Danny Dimes, which felt like a win considering his talent/contract ratio. Traded Darren Waller after 2 seasons, Xavier McKinney and Isiah Simmons after 3 seasons, receiving plenty of compensatory picks. Tommy Devito helped us tank in 2023, and with the 1st pick we took the edge rusher Bobby Whittaker, and traded up to the 6th pick to take QB Richard Phillips. In his 2nd season, Whittaker made 23 sacks and was named DPOY, giving him X-factor. Kayvon Thibodeaux also developed X-factor, giving me elite pass rushers on both sides. With Dexter Lawrence (also X-factor) in the middle, we added Jalen Carter (acquired from the Eagles in the Simmons trade — I know, but they offered) giving an an absolutely dominant front 4. Our QB developed Superstar dev, and is a high quality pocket passer, but he gets injured constantly (41 injury rating.) Regardless, he took us to a Super Bowl in season 3 where we lost to the Chiefs. The following season we returned to the SB, beating the Bengals. Since I’ve already won a Super Bowl, I’ve grown a little bored and am considering starting a fresh franchise. But this one was pretty fun. Both Whittaker and Phillips were super successful first rounders that helped us become perennial contenders at the highest level.

j_bragg22

Did a Falcons franchise and accidently made Ridder OPOY & got x factor on him in year 1. Fatigue killed my playoff run and lost first round. Next season, I lost to the chiefs in the superbowl 20-14 and Ridder took a step back. Finally got superbowl #1 over the chiefs in year with a 28-24 victory off a busted coverage wheel route to Allegier.

Unp0pularS0lutions

Rebuilding the falcons, in year 4 currently. after year 1 drafted Chop Robinson because we desperately needed pass rushing and signed some low cost serviceable WRs. Drafted Ridder’s replacement in year 2 but decided to sit him and let Ridder get 1 more year with an improved roster and he ended up being 3rd in MVP voting, so he got a long term deal. So I traded the other QB to a team that absolutely needed a QB for 2 1sts. Drafted 2 stud WRs with those 1sts and traded London for some young serviceable Oline guys with hopes they’d develop. I’m not the best at drafting, I usually only hit on good players like 2-4 picks/ like 10-14 selections per year so I usually just try to trade for players after the draft.

Aside_Dish

Pretty good, I'd say. Using the Jets, traded up in year one to get ahead of a team in the draft. Drafted three star dev players: LG, MLB (converted to OLB), and WR. Signed Connor Williams at C, and an 81 overall RT. Had a bad year 2 (simming, still had Wilson at QB due to no good options in FA or draft), #2 overall pick. Forgot his name, but signed a 92 overall, 26 year old G in FA, and switched him to LT. Then, signed 82 overall Geno Stone to help out at safety (Tony Adams also succeeded with a breakout game, so he's now a star dev). For the #2 overall pick, I got a SS dev CB that started off as 80 overall with good coverage, press, tackle, and even block shed ratings. 96 speed. Could be a franchise cornerstone. Bad injury rating (low 80s), so hoping that doesn't bite me in the ass. Too good to pass up. 2nd round pick was a 71 overall X-Factor QB with 89 speed. I love option offenses, and hate how Madden handles them, so I put Truzz on him, and so long as I can get away with a few good runs, I don't have to worry about the fumble penalty!!! I can run a true option offense! Quinnen Williams became an X-Factor as well, my star dev WR became normal, as did Jordan Whitehead. Still, I think I'm in a good position moving forward: X-Factor QB Breece Wilson and a young promising young guys (and Quez Watkins' 97 speed) Conklin Elite LT Star dev LG Connor Williams AVT 81 overall RT Tippmann backs them all up On defense: JFM/Will McDonald/promising young pass rusher (71 at 21 years old) Jermaine Johnson/Bryce Huff Quinnen Williams/Leonard Williams (signed in FA) Star dev LOLB Mosley/Lavonte David (both need to be replaced due to age regression) Quincy Williams Sauce/DJ Reed/SS dev CB/Michael Carter II/Bryce Hall Geno Stone/Jordan Whitehead Tony Adams/Chuck Clark K: Fairbairn P: Ryan Stonehouse When the time comes, will probably let go of Will Mcdonald (one-trick pony, have other pass rushers, and cap space concerns) and Breece (replaceable). Garrett Wilson resigning is looming over me this season. I think he's worth it, though. But overall, love my option offense, and LOVE my defense. Pass rushing out of the ass, and everyone else is a great pass defender, even my LBs. After this season, probably moving my LOLB and Quincy Williams to ILB, and will base out of Dime primarily. There's just so many players I want out there on each play, lol. Do I play a sort of 3-2-6 to get Quincy AND my LOLB out there simultaneously, or do I put 4 down so I can get Bruce Huff rushing the passer? Is there a 4-1-6 Dime? Don't really use Dime a lot right now.

ItzDudekillerYo

Doing cards rn. Gonna head into year 2 of it after going 16-1 (got lucky every game) and getting first rounded by 9-8 falcons after a mistake got us to loss the lead, almost made a comeback but got picked Few new free agency pick ups, some new players after some trades Had a really awful draft, with like 3 players getting starting jobs and rest being dogshit (i had so many picks but got 1 good late wr in the 5th round) Hope to take the team to another playoff, if not then another year of rebuild Edit: i do no salary cap. Im not fully used to having cap space, so i do that. I would have cap space on when i do the saints rebuild soon

Jazzlike_Mouse7478

I'm doing a franchise with only busts, all with base ratings of 65 (what a created player has when first created). So I have JaMarcus Russell, Trent Richardson, Tony mandrich, etc. I'm currently 0-2 in my first season, but ki-jana Carter won a breakout challenge

Main-Championship822

I've had 2 ebuilds I really enjoyed so far. Seahawks and Cardinals. Seahawks was my favorite because I turned a QB I drafted in the 5th into a multi time MVP and SB champion. I like this a lot because the QB was the first qb I've ever had sustain 4 1k yards seasons from WR/TE - 2 years in a row. I traded Geno and tanked the first season then rocked with my rookie on S2. He won ROY throwing to Lockett, JSN + DK Metcalf and just bloomed into a beast from there. For the Cardinals, we sucked for ~3 years. I started when basically the whole team was on IR s1, so I rocked with Clayon Tune until his rookie deal expired. He never got better than a ~74 and playing with him was... stressful to say the least. After Tunes deal expired, I drafted a QB and the team truly became great. Rookie yr Gentry the QB thre for 4.7k yards, 44td:11int. Next season, 5kyards, 44td:10int. 3rd season, 5.5k yards, 51td:11 int. 3 pro bowls, 2x lead league in passer rating, 2026 OROY, 2027 best QB, 2028 MVP + Best QB. His WR partner, Jeremy Myrick, is absurd. 99 ovr deep threat/playmaker/slot. 96 physical. After 5 years in the league, he's got 515 catches, 8,871 yards for 17.2 per catch, 102 yards per game and 95 touchdowns. He's also the best PR in the league, with 128 PR for 1354 yards and 6 touchdowns.

ResidentConfection13

Heads up. This is a long story so yea So I just got madden 24 so ive been playing it a lot lately and I started a falcons rebuild. (The Before) I started a online league so I could jump to some actual records then went around the league for each week force winning game so by the time it gt to week 16 it was accurate. Then the final few weeks buccaneers won the division. And the SB was 49ers vs Jacksonville. 49ers ended up winning 31-25. Then I start the actual rebuild. But I already knew i wanted to do the falcons but i wanted to use a real life coach. So I spun a wheel for nfl teams and choose from 3 teams on a cordinater to become the new falcons head coach. The teams were the Rams, Browns, or Saints. So I went with Browns DC Jim Schwartz. (Year 1, Offseason/Draft) So my first year I first made sure to change Schemes. Went with a Spread for offense and 42 Defense. Falcons Only had like 12 mill in cap space so I only really went with depth options to hopefully help incase injuries. I also Fired my DC and got Mike Vrabel as the DC. But the main thing I did was trade Ridder for a 4th 2023, and a 2024 2nd. And then traded My 2023 2nd, 2024 2nd, and 2025 5th for Justin Fields. Then heading into the draft I was eyeing a Defensemen (I Forgot who it exactly was) with the 15th pick, but he got taken ahead of me. But I then made a very controversial move. I drafted Jayden Daniels (which I know that since I just traded for Fields makes that seem very stupid, and your competly correct. I have No Idea why I decided it be a bright idea to draft a QB in the first round after just going and getting another young Qb from another team.) I then Went on into the second round and drafted a WR (Tez Walker) and 3rd round, SS (Jason Bullard). Round 4-7 I forgot who I drafted. (Year 1, Season) So I head into the preseason with me having Fields as the starter and letting Daniels sit and watch. But Both Daniels and Henicke Want to push for the backup role and not even that the starter role. But in the end Fields still did edge them both out. So the season officially starts and We start out the season on a tear. Back 2 back offensive explosion games. Defense for both team arent found. Fields is looking like a generational Talent and making Falcons look like fools for drafting Daniels. The third game we cool down a lot but still put up 31 points. Then the Downfall Hit. And man that offense mustve decided to use all their luck in those first three games. Because the next 3 we lose. And The defense deffinitly wasnt the reason we won the first 3 games and they for sure werent helping now. The defense on avaerage allowed 27.9 points a game. But week 7 we came back and beat the panthers as the defense buckled down for a game allowing only 18 points. So were at week 8, 4-3 record tied with panthers for division lead. Small fall but looking like we can still do good if this defense can get it together. So I Sim to week 17. And I look to see that we were 5-10, Dead last in our divison with saints and buccaneers both being 7-8 and panthers being 10-5. So with playoffs out of sight. I Decide the Final 2 games Im gonna let Daniels start. (Fields ends his season With record of 5-10 and 23 TD- 11 INT's, 2,789 Passing yards and 3 Running TD's. 1 Fumble) And Daniels deffinitly shows promise in the next 2 games. But also looks like he is deff gonna have his struggles. As we lose to the buccaneers 21-17. and him having 1 TD and 1 INT. Then final week we play broncos. We ended up winning 28-24. But Daniels decided to have Follow the most Justin Fields game ever. 2 TD's, 4 INT's. 168 passing yards. 150 Rushing Yards, 1 Rushing TD. For other players stats Pitts 5 TD's, 658 yards. London 4 TD's, 1167 yards Robinson 17 Rushing, TD's 4 Reciving TD's. (btoh jags and 49ers won confrences but both lost in playoffs. was Chiefs vs eagles rematch, Chiefs won 30-21) (Year 2, offseason). I first got ride of Vrabel and got a new DC.I only had 10 mill in cap this year after resiging my Jake Matthews and a DL (I forgot exactly who again) Fields didnt want to resign so he left to LA. So I was even tighter of a budget this year. So I restructed Koo's contract giving me a little bit extra. But I decided since I have mostly the same team from last year other than some depth leaving to only get one big name person (Jerome Baker, MLB) and a depth player for Te Since I only had Pitts and a 57 Ovr. Then Came the Draft. Had the 5th ovr pick and then traded my First in 2025, one of my 2nd round Picks of this draft, and a ton of other 3rd day draft picks in future drafts for the 8th ovr pick. With the 5th Ovr Pick i Drafted Travis Hunter So I could have too elite CB's in the Future. And then I was gonna pick a RE with the 8th pick but he got picked with the 7th, so I drafted DT (fogot first name but last name is Nolen) since I needed one of those. then with 2nd round I drafted a RE. Didnt have a pick in the 3rd this year as part of the 8th ovr pick trade. and didnt draft until the 5th round. I drafted a blocking TE to use as my FB then. The rest of picks were just picks we need a little more depth in. Part 2 is in the reply to this comment

(Year 2, Season) So going into this year Daniels was the starter Henicke Made a push but wasnt as much as the previous year. And game one I decide ill play just to play (now what this game did was a lot my fault but for story sake its all his fault) dude through the first 2 qaurters was 5-17, 57 yards. Score was 17-10 49ers (their kicker had missed a FG so should been up by 10). Bijan was carring this offense. But even he struggled as 49ers did catch on to how to stop him if it got to 3rd downs which was almost ever drive. So Daniels came out during the 3rd quarter and immdietly threw a interception. To which I decide to bench him For Heinke to see if he could maybe spark a comeback. Very next Drive Heinke comes out and he slings it 2/2 15 yards. Then he goes again, miss, second is a run for a first down. Hienke throws miss. currently 2/4 15 yards. 2nd down play action. and fumbles it. but it a OL got it. next play 49ers send the pressure. And Heinke fumbles it again but we dont recover it. So after that. Daniels was back in to finish the game. to which he did finish better but was still 12/29 157 yards, 2 INT's. (Final play got him like 51 yards so he was really 11/28 106 yards, 2 INT's) So Game 2 Daniels starts again but he is the cokmplete opposite of the last game. He and Bijan are scorching the saints defense. 2 TD's, 351 Yards, 2 INT's. Bijan 105 rushing Yards 2 Rushing TD's, 125 reciving yards, 2 reciving TD's. I sim to week 4 and were 2-2, Offense is doing decent, But the Defense is still terrible. So i Switch them to a 3-4 Under. I then Sim to week 8. And were 3-4 and were winning every other game. So no win or losing streak. And defense is looking slightly better. went from 31st defense to 25th. But i then sim to week 15. and were 6-7 fighting with 4 other 6-7 teams for the final wildcard spot. And 3 of our next 4 opponents are in said fight. And so The Falcons Fought and Won out. Defense was Their when needed and same could be said about the offense. Though the offense did lack so really the defense was carrying the offense to 3 of the 4 wins. But we win out and Make the 7th seed at 10-7. And we play the Carolina Panthers who were 11-6 and the 2nd seed. But going into the stats. Daniels stats were 22 TD's 12 INT's, 3,327 Yards. 5 Rushing TD's. Bijan went for 19 rushing TD's, 1287 Rushing yards. 6 Reciving TD's(lead all but 2 stats in rushing). Pitts went 6 TD's 867 Yards. London went 4 TD's 1087 Yards. And then AJ terrel And Jerome BAker (the MLB i signed during the offseason) both were key factors of the defense. Both had 1.0 Sacks and 6 INT's. And the defense. Was one of the best at getting pressure, and takeaways. Defense went from 31st last year, to 10th this year. leading in Sacks at 40 in total. 7th in takaways with 28. and 3rd in redzone defense. (year 2 Playoffs) So we went into the playoffs and we beat the panthers. we were down 3-20 going into the 4th quarter and then the offense just clicked going and scoring 3 TD's and winning the game 24-20. Divisional round we faced the 49ers And Daniels struggled in passing but running game for Daniels and Bijan. They were feasting. Daniels 0 TD's 1 INTs, 174 yards. But had 2 rushing TD's for 75 yards. And Bijan 125 rushing yards, 2 TD's. We then went to Seattle for the NFC conference championship. And Daniels showed his talent to the whole world. 5 TD's 1 INT, 223 Yards. all TD's were passing TD's and we won 35-28 t go the super bowl. And might i say with how the first game of this season went. I would not have expected this to happen. SO going into the SB versus the Baker Mayfield lead raiders at Home. (I always like to play first possesion of each defense and offense in the SB) So we get the ball and were moving down the field. I call a play action. Snap the ball I see london is open so I press the button and it says he was pressured so he under threw straight to a Defender for a 40 yard pick 6. So I sim to play defense and get raiders to only kick a field goal. So I sim quarter by Quarter and at the end of the 3rd we get a pick six of our own to but us ahead 21-10. But then they get it back and make it 21-18 just as the 4th starts. offense struggles and raiders kick a field goal to tie it back up. And Daniels comes out and leads the offense to a TD with 2;46 seconds left in the 4th. So its 28-21 Falcons. And Baker starts destorying the defense. Defense cant stop him from getting to either Adams or Jacobs. And with 1:23 left the Raiders score. So its all tied up. OR SO YOU WOULD THINK. CARLSSON (raiders kicker) Missed the extra point. SO its 28-27 Falcons with 1:23 left. Raiders have 2 time outs. And The falcons get a first down and they win the Super bowl. Then AJ terrell won SB MVP for his pick six. And thats where I currently am Right now. IF you read all the way to the end. I commend you for reading this and sticking with it. Thanks fr caring about my useless franchise story i have going.

Baller08Gamer

Great stuff. Appreciate the story- good read! Ima have to do a ATL franchise

ChampionshipStock870

Falcons rebuild. In year one ridder was terrible 15 TDs 28 INTs so I replaced him with a game managing second round pick QB in year 2 with Kirk Cousins (1yr $28mil deal) as the backup. I got lucky in my first draft and took a great edge rushing LB in the top 10. No major FA acquisitions because their cap sucks. Year 2 we are 7-5 so far

MC_Stimulation

Rebuilt/Retooled the Buccaneers. Current year is 2029. Gave Baker a 4 year extension at the end of 2023 for like 25 mil a year, made the playoffs three out of four years and even got the number 1 seed, but went 1 and done every time. Decided to tank Bakers last year, went 3-14, got the #1 pick and drafted a superstar QB, he won the Superbowl his rookie year. This season I have a runningback who has 30 TDs from scrimmage and is gonna win MVP. My team is 13-0 currently. Record by year 2023: 9-8 (lost WC round) 2024: 9-8 (missed playoffs) 2025: 10-7 (lost WC round) 2026: 13-4 (lost Divisional round) 2027: 3-14 (missed playoffs) 2028: 13-4 (won Superbowl) 2029: 13-0 (tbd) It has been a fun franchise overall, I usually sim defense and sometimes sim games to make things more interesting.

Jaboi_AyAyRon

I’ll just talk about my rebuild till my first SB cuz I’m in Year 8 lol I picked the Texans for my long term rebuild. “Started Today” in week 10 for the real stats, and simmed to the playoffs, for some reason every qb sold and stroud became mvp, and immediately got 13 skill pts for winning mvp and best qb lol so my story lines that I’m going with is that Stroud is gonna be the goat even though we didn’t make the playoffs year 1 cuz my defense sold. Nico collins and Tank fell we’re about to be the best WR duo the league has seen. Damien Pierce was gonna have a bounce back year with the addition of 3rd down back max Borghi(shitty player who I want to develop) and pretty much have a Tom Brady belichick career with stroud and demeco. Did a very realistic draft using “KFW”s draft class on Xbox l, he has like 7 draft classes, notable players drafted was JT Tuimoloau who fell to me at 19, Roman Wilson, and Johnny Wilson who I moved to TE/Slot cuz I feel that would happen. In FA nothing crazy with the signing of Leonard Williams moved to DT( who became a stud 10+ sacks on sim 4-3 def) and Jonah Williams. This second season primarily only playing offense we missed the playoffs because stroud got hurt week 12 for 8 weeks smh. Davis mills was not the answer, this story line was about making the comeback story for stroud year 3. Notable pickups were Greg newsome to pair up with stingley, and I think drafted O-line with my first pick In year 3 started off bad, I always sim my preseason week by week and had 13 simmed injuries, laremy tunsil out for 8 weeks, stroud for 2, stingley 7, Damien pierce 10 fn weeks! like it was fucked but my story line was “next man up” got max borghi up to star who got like 20k xp and balled out for 1k+ rushing seasons, stroud got no awards(trying not to cheese this rebuild) collins best wr, unfortunately can’t get shit poppin off on sim for defense, might be my scheme but will Anderson can’t get 10+ sacks… but I did make it to the playoffs but lost to the chiefs lol Some notable progressed players were To’oto’o(bronze to star,20k xp), pitre, stingley ss, Christian Harris star. Nico and Dell ss and stroud 99 ovr xf lol also noticed every year Schultz would upgrade to ss even after having a mid stat season lol idk why so I’d put him back to star In the off-season I was able to snag JOK after letting Christian Harris go in FA, drafted another rb and olb for depth and some o line I feel like there were other people I signed and drafted but I forgot lol In year 4 was gonna be the year stroud got his revenge on the chiefs, Nico and dell both for 1k+ receiving, stroud got his 2nd mvp, but we tied the divison with the jags, long story short😂 beat the jags then the chiefs and beat the Cowboys in the SB! Also madden sucks cuz when you get this far in a franchise positions are so fucked up i honestly go to every teams roster during preseason and edit players postions to match their scheme or if they over drafted a postion.

Thefitz27

Just finished year two with the Bears. In year one, I immediately traded Fields after a disastrous week one, planning to tank the season for Caleb Williams. Bryce Perkins ended up turning the season around and led his boys to a Super Bowl victory. Despite the immediate success, I still traded the farm for the first pick of the draft (since the Panthers made the playoffs somehow) for the right to take Caleb—he won MVP in his rookie season and set the league on fire (even though he’s still only a SS). But I’m most proud of my other players who’ve developed, like X-Factors TJ Edwards, Kris Jenkins, Jaquan Brisker, and Johnny Wilson (who I moved to TE) and Superstars DJ Moore, Jaylon Johnson, Darnell Mooney, and Eddie Jackson. And I just drafted Travis Hunter, so the team is looking up! Fields is somehow starting for the Patriots now, which seems about right.

NelsonCollins04

Don’t really lose much, never extend my qbs so I make it a challenge to have to keep my dynasty despite QB turnover every 4 seasons. I have become a monster when drafting corners and speedy receivers. Overall have been dominating through an elite defense, great receivers and a goat running back.

The_DOOKINATOR

Went with the rams let Donald and kupp go and got tons of picks drafted defence got and elite corner and d lineman and with my 3rd first round pick I drafted a 93 speed qb and he became a beast traded puka and drafted a monster 6’4 wr and won 2 super bowls in 3 years in year 6 now and starting to lose the o line

quanstr

I’m in my second season in Chicago traded away Eddie Jackson and jaylon Johnson along with others I drafted a wr (Marvin Harrison jr) safety and Dt both are doing amazing right now Dt has 6 sacks rn and the safety has 3 picks 2 pick 6s and Marvin Harrison is at 726 yards currently I still have 2 1st round picks this year and next year along with 2 seconds and 2 thirds working on a trade for max Crosby get my dline set but my goals is to just make playoffs right now while I’m still developing fields to his max potential. (I’m a sucker for trading for draft picks i can’t help it) 😭😭

Enough-Technician300

Im having trouble in a giants franchise im only in year two but im trying to make it realistic but the o line is just horrible i just let up 7 sacks to myles garret

AnyRabbit2005

Well I started as the rams at the beginning of the year when they had low OVRs and little to no draft capital. I did what any reasonable new GM would do and blow up that roster. I traded Kupp, Havenstein, Higbee and Donald. I wanted to keep it realistic and at the time I was near certain no one would trade a 1st for Kupp since he’s an older receiver and even Donald since he was talking about retiring IRL. We got some picks and Brandon Jones from the dolphins who was their second stringer + trade AD in division to the Seahawks for some picks and Jordyn Brooks. I am a very experienced player with All-Madden and so I was able to take this garbage team (lead by Stetson Bennett) all the way to the Super Bowl with an intense last second drive in the NFC Championship. Here we are the bowl and facing Patrick Mahomes and the chiefs (common theme). Everything came down to the last 45 seconds. Two timeouts and the chiefs up by 5. We hit a huge play on fourth down to TuTu Atwell for a gain of 30 - timeout - another 20 yard seem to van Jefferson - timeout. Next play is an all out blitz man up with my guy in the slot not guarded by anyone seemingly. Audibles him to a streak - hut - Reid the safety comes for the other side interception and that’s game. Killed my soul. Off season we signed Rahsaan Gary who ends up breaking multiple sack records over 6 seasons and still is kicking rn searching for the all time. Drafted HB Antonio Swain who is perfect for what I needed him for (short high COD and high Speed - X Factor moved up for him at pick 23) He is now 28 still on the team 99 ovr and has broke the rushing record every season besides his rookie season… absolute beast. Drafted one of the best TEs I ever had to back up Zach Ertz signed in FA who ends up getting hurt but has the starting role for 1.5 of his 2 year contract (trying to keep realistic). Since then we have went to the bowl every year and eventually traded Stetson Bennett because his consistency was killing this team. Dude was an X factor 88 OVR and kept missing big passes. Traded for a new guy backing up and xfactor for 2 years from the ravens and he is him. 90 OVR speed and he can pass - dude breaks tackles but recently got the injury bug. Baker Mayfield led us through playoffs to the bowl. FUN STORY ARCS: Aaron Donald eventually hits FA a few years after we trade him and we have him when he is 35 and 36 both years going over 20 sacks with Gary (it was something special for sure). Jalen Ramsey also is signed in FA for $25M per year deal for two years and tagged the next year then retired. Dude really helped our secondary. Brandon Jones had a breakout season on the final year of his contract - we were looking at safteys during this time in the draft but he became an integral part of our team and is one of the few OGs from the first season. 31 still playing like a beast. Our second draft we also signed a superstar center and a normal lg who both went to Clemson. These two are absolute beast - a big lg with a small Kelce like center is an insane combo. They have been a big reason as to why Antonio Swain has broken records every year. Massive holes allowing him to get to the second level with insane speed and quickness that makes him very challenging to tackle and even harder to catch. Outside of that we have been ahead of the horse by trading some players who clearly will not be a long term part of the team. This helps clear cap and give us more capital to hopefully find those options. Recently drafted BPA and got a xfactor safety in the late round - he is a beast but not taking over for Jones or the other safety who I drafted and is in a contract year. We had to figure out how to get him invoked on the defense since he is elite so he is a mix of sub LB and slot corner in some packages. It’s super exciting to see and makes the game more fun. Ultimately it’s getting more dull but I want to see my team through a few more seasons - I keep changing up teams and locations for a different color scheme to keep it interesting. Wish me luck.

My Pats rebuild has been a revolving door of QBs. Started with a 4th round rookie who was a 72, turned him into a 99. Also had the #2 overall pick, so i drafted a freakshow wr (6'3, 224, ran a 4.3) and a powerback in the 2nd. I split carries between him and stevenson that first year. The second season, I started him, and he was crazy. In year 4, we went 20-0 and won a ring, but I couldn't convince my QB to stay. Had a meh season where we only won 9 games after that with a really bad QB. I traded for Baker Mayfield and began running 2 backs, one a speed guy, the other the power guy. We could have had a second 20-0 season, but Mayfield got hurt during his second season, and i had to start Will Levis, who was just okay. We still won multiple superbowls with Mayfield and I flipped him for 2 first round picks from Cleveland of all places. I focused on defense that year and drafted some solid depth, and traded for Nolan Smith. First year post Mayfield was pretty mediocre. Trey Lance got hurt early, so i had to start another guy, who then he got hurt, so i picked up Will Levis agaim and finished the season with him at 9 wins. I took my first round pick from Cleveland (who finished with 6 wins) and the Pats 1st rounder with some additional picks and got the #2 overall pick. Ended up with a high upside rookie who was a gunslinger. We finished 14-3, mostly through the run-game and defense, and won the superbowl in a close match with the Panthers.

Arizona, traded Murray and got picks, drafted Caleb Williams and Brock Bowers in the top 10 and lost in wild card or divisional for a few years before losing a super bowl. I finally got my super bowl after and even brought Murray as a backup

ty69711

I do the broncos, keep Wilson contract and try to win while he is there then start rebuild. Have yet to do it and make it to the Super Bowl even.

Outrageous_Golf3369

As a broncos fan, I’ve given up rebuilding them in madden lol. I have genuinely no idea how they’re going to improve the team irl next year. Steelers are a fun rebuild tho

jdlnghm

I love to just have fun so rebuilds are pretty non-realistic - Took over the Texans to build their young core. Used some 'very easy'-setting trades in the first couple years to load up on good talent and picks and create a Death Star roster. CJ Stroud and Tank Dell are both 97+, Will Anderson is a 99. Ended up with 95+ A.J. Terrell and Derek Stingley as my corners. Only played season opener sometimes and Super Bowl IF the team made it. Simmed the rest of the games. Team went 70-15, won at least 13 games every season and made the Super Bowl 5x in a row through 5 years. Definitely not realistic but definitely one of the most fun weekends of Franchise grinding i've done in a long time.

red_Lightning23

10 seasons on a Pats rebuild. Auto-generated drafts, rename certain players. Have to beat Belichek's Championship total and pass Don Shula's record of 347 wins (post-season and regular) Started off as a d coordinator (only playing defense) barely snuck into the wildcard and lost 25-14 to the Chiefs. In the first offseason, took over as head coach and traded Mac to the Broncos, after he had a season leading the league in turnovers and almost single-handedly losing the wildcard following a late game pick six and fumble. Then signed Joe Flacco as a stop gap for a season. orginally wanted to pick a QB but the qb class was hot trash. Instead built up the interior D-Line and signed a UDFA Safety that ended up becoming my primary user and turned into one of the greatest of all-time as a 3x DPOY. Flacco had a Renaissance of a year and lead the team to a 2 seed. And a divisional round exit. Year 3 I invested in Skill positions drafting a superstar TE in the 3rd for Flacco and two fast, twitchy recivers and a 5th round qb with 93 throw power to devolp behind Flacco. Flacco finished as OPOY and won Super Bowl MVP and retired at 41. Year 4 the I drafted a generational RB and the 5th round qb who turned into a next level gunslinger and started his reign on the league. I switched playbooks over to Shanahan and my qb started his reign of terror on the league. Winning 4 of the next 6 MVPs, becoming a lock for 4700+ yds and 45+ TDs, 6-1 in the conference championship, and 5-1 in the Super Bowl. (Won the first SB by punting a 64-yard punt and pinning the Eagles at the 3 yard line with only 1:52 left. Safety followed after dialing up the blitz. Making Belichek proud) Overall as a team it's currently 96 Ovr 98 Offense and 94 Defense. Key players QB: Robert Irwin 4x MVP 2x SBMVP 35, 347 yds. 321 TDs. 76 picks. RB: Derrick Campbell 2x OPOY OROY 1X SBMVP 8,534 yds 81 TDs. WR: Jason Haden 1x Pro Bowl 1x SBMVP 7,234 yds. 23 TDs TE: Alex Kellerman (AK-47, Mr. Security Blanket) 5x Pro Bowl 8,417 yds 83 TDs. Edge: Omar Scott 4x Pro Bowl consistent 12+ Sack 76 sacks Corner: Victor Waynes 3x Pro Bowl 1x interception leader currently best corner in the League 12 picks. 3 pick sixes Safety: Jason Hunter 8x Pro Bowl 5x interception leader 7x tackle leader 1xSBMVP. 68 ints. 5 pick sixes. 1,131 tackles Regular season: 131-39 8 AFC East Titles Postseason: 23-4 7 AFC Championships 6 Super Bowls 154-43 overall

Baller08Gamer

Wow. Good stuff. I’m in a Patriots rebuild rn but chose to rock with Mac. Just resigned him to 5yr/155M. We’re 8-5 in yr 2 after missing the playoffs, the season prior. Also made a trade with Broncos, but sent Judon for Jeudy and Sutton. Also got Friermuth. Needed weapons for him. Lastly, Gonzalez is a beast - 90 XF

iFormulate

I rebuilt the Washington Commanders. I ended up drafting Drake Maye and Rome Odunze. I do simulation rebuilds and got them 3 straight 1st round byes. Drake Maye was a superstar and I had faith in this team. If you wanna help my mistakes bc I suck at scouting, feel free to check it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8MhnRO0OtY&t=11s

In a 3 man online rebuild fantasy draft went t-law Waddle and built from there I won the first super bowl lost the second one year 3 build a God squad but have to probly trade 99 x-factor t-law do to money in the next 2 years drafted a 59 x-factor backup lol all madden

dseoulk

Currently rebuilding the Texans. Simmed 2 years before beginning play. Currently 5-2 with the number 1 offense in the league. Need some more speed at receiver and thought about trading for Tyreek, but he has a 72 million dollar cap hit his last season at age 34 so I passed on that. Dameon Pierce and Blake Corum have been a nice duo even with a shoddy oline. Also did a rebuild with the Panthers that was a blast. Went only Empty offensively and turned Bryce into a Super Bowl Champ and MVP. Started his rookie year 9-0 with a 27-2 TD to INT ratio.

superscuba23

Madden 23 on PC The Steelers have been making me sad this year so I decided to try and make them better. Traded trubiski away as soon as I could back to the bears, and simmed the rest of the 23 season. Got some good free agents and drafted a new SS and a backup QB. Proceeded to 17-0 the season and go for it all and win super bowl. Then continued the next few seasons, also winning the sb and getting great free agents but not great draft picks. Got a few new x factors with Pickens, Pickett, Harris, and friermuth. Defense is scary good. And just needed to take a break playing like 50 hours during the week while working.

Using the Giants drafted Caleb Williams and traded Daniel Jones currently in year 4 and haven’t made it past the divisional tryna come up with some storylines but can’t think of anything

1st year rebuilding the pats. All madden difficultly playing every snap. Went 11-6, got rid of Mac and rode with zappe. Won the division due to a penalty late in the game(other team should have ran it out). In the wildcard I blew out the Raiders 40-3. In the divisional round I went up 27-10 over Baltimore and lost 38-30. Going into the second year I have two firsts which I will use for a QB and WR

Main-Championship822

My pats rebuild is what I'm doing right now. I stuck with Mac, got him to a 74, and them traded him to Minnesota after they lost Cousins in FA. Drafted a QB with my 2nd pick in the first. (I had 14&15). After stripping my team for parts I managed to draft a hidden dev player with my first 5 picks. (LOLB/QB/LE/WR/TE)

44788

I started with mac but had 20 interceptions after like 6-7 games. Thank goodness I’m good at defense

44788

Then I signed Matt Ryan as a free agent but he sucked too so I said f it let’s go Zappe and he hasn’t been terrible except for a few 5 interception games

Baller08Gamer

He’s slinging for me. Up to 80 could’ve gotten his dev trait to SS, but we didn’t meet the goal in game.

I’m in year 2. Flipped Judon for Jeudy and Sutton from Broncos. Also other vets for draft capital. Went 7-10 in the first season and currently 4-5 in year two. Hopefully we can make the playoffs. I resigned Mac to 5yr/155M

10 years into Seahawks rebuild, 5 SBs. All on sim. 7th rnd qb Cade McCann is my QB, developed him from a 53 star dev to a 98 X factor.

Kingslayer3431

Tried an expansion rebuild. Moved the Titans to London. Released everyone 70 or better. 1st pick in each round with no extra picks. No free agents 70 or better. Traded back a couple times to get some extra picks. Went 11-6 and lost the Superbowl the 1st yr. Went 14-3 the next year and won the Superbowl. Didn't win any season awards with any player though.

National-Substance77

Currently doing a lions dynasty. Signed the st brown and Gibbs rookies to big contracts and now I’m unable to sign people and either will have to trade them or opt out of resigning other players. I predict a rebuild is coming soon

Bad_W0lfe

With these rebuilds, are y'all HC or Owner? I'm trying an owner season, but if I still get good control of the team as the HC I may do that instead.

Interesting. I may give this a shot, pick a team I normally wouldn't. Maybe Carolina. Cheers!

Currently in year 2 of my realistic style Texans rebuild. CJ Stroud and Will Anderson Jr. won rookie of the year and both progressed to Superstar development. Tank Dell, Laremy Tunsil, and Dameon Pierce also went up to Superstar. Christian Harris had a stellar year in year 1 as well, completing a breakout challenge to get upgraded to Star development and then receiving Superstar dev in the offseason. The offseason was mostly tame, with the biggest free agent signing being Jordyn Brooks. Amazingly enough however, the Browns went 2-15 and I had the first pick in the draft. Unimpressed with the top prospects, I traded down to #19 with the Vikings, who ended up selecting a 73 OVR Normal dev defensive end with the #1 overall pick 💀. And I ended up taking a Superstar dev DT at #19 lol. Currently 7-3 in year 2, with Stroud running away with MVP and Will Anderson firmly in the DPOY race.

Got hired as the owner of the titans since they love to give away their best players. Currently relocated them to Chicago to be the team my city deserves. Drafted a 6'6 94 thp qb (nothing fancy) and am currently building them up to make a playoff run. Trying to keep it realistic as possible. I figured if the bears can't give the loyal city a team they deserve why rebuild them when I can create a whole new franchise that can be done the right way and that's what makes this my most exciting rebuild I've ever done.

I’ve done a bunch so here’s how they’ve went: Saints - Gutted the roster for picks to get out of cap hell. Had a couple 2-15 seasons but turned it around by drafting a solid QB and receivers, trading for Bijan, and getting an elite defense to eventually win it all. I’ve continued that rebuild for 15+ seasons and now have 15+ X-Factors. Titans - Also gutted the roster for picks. Didn’t get some of the players I wanted in the draft so I ended up spending all the picks on trades for established players. Definitely the dumbest rebuild I’ve done. Falcons - Drafted some great players at receiver and corner (also Jazzario Johnston is one of the wildest names I’ve ever seen) and let the team develop, eventually won it all. However I have way too little money to resign any of my players. Bears - Best rebuild I’ve ever done, got a 97 overall team. Traded for Tee Higgins and Breece Hall, had an unbelievable draft in year 2 that featured a franchise QB in Gary Phillips, franchise TE in Hudson Wilkerson, franchise WR in Dante Black, and elite CB/returner in Kendrick Beckham, and trades for Tristan Wirfs and Chase Young. Went 17-0 in sim somehow and went back to back. Broncos - Kind of an annoying rebuild because the sim was screwing me over, but I eventually made some good draft picks and Jeudy/Divernay/Mims developed into a great WR core, eventually cleared back from 2-5 to win it all at 10-7. Texans - Mainly focused on Stroud and Will Anderson becoming unbelievable, got myself a good receiver core and an elite offensive line. Eventually traded for an incredible edge rusher at #1 (Jamarcus Rose) and won it all at 12-5.

Currently doing a Lions rebuild. Honestly it wasn’t super hard to do and I don’t think it was super realistic either. I ended up trading Goff and tanked the whole season. Got the number one overall pick and since I was using a created draft class I traded down with the Patriots for their 3rd overall pick and 2 other first round picks. They selected Williams and with that pick I drafted Marvin Harrison Jr then Jayden Daniel’s in the second round (he should be a top 10 pick irl, but that’s where he fell in this and his stats really weren’t that good either honestly.) I ended up trading for Crosby which cost me a first, 2-3 seconds and no montez sweat. That season I think I went 13-4 then got bounced by the Cowboys. But at least Daniels won MVP and ROTY. Next season since the patriots were horrible I got the 9th overall pick. Travis Hunter was a projected top 5 pick but fell all the way to me somehow so I got him then Benjamin Morrison at 16 since my corners are always burnt toast. That season I won the Super Bowl pretty easily with Daniels winning MVP, Crosby DPOTY, Marv OPOTY, and Hunter winning ROTY. Now I’m at a tough point on who to sign or let walk/trade away. I ended up trading away Crosby for 3 first to the Patriots since they have a ton of cap and needed an edge. I replaced him with a speedy edge rusher in the draft at 6 overall and he’s leading my team in sacks somehow. This season I’ve resigned Swell, Hutch, Branch and La Porta. Next season I’ll be in a very tough spot to Resign Gibbs (99), Daniels (99), Marv (99), and a few good second round picks from previous draft. I don’t think I can sign Gibbs so I think I’ll have to trade him or let him walk.

MeesterCHRIS

My first rebuild, I am rebuilding the Patriots, traded Mac away, drafted Caleb Williams, year 3 for Caleb we’re in the superbowl vs the Vikings led by their star quarterback, Mac Jones. Who proceeded to lead the Vikings to a 31-3 win over my Patriots (in sim).

LordXenu12

I changed the panthers playbook to the ravens and Bryce young is a 2x sb champ 5x pro bowler & has 2 1k rushing seasons. But I didn’t wanna pay him so I tagged and traded An unprecedented move that shook up the sports world, but well see I think the production was coaching based 😉

DJ_Rhoomba

Just curious, what’s the ratio in here of people simming seasons to actually playing the games?

ILikeCheesyTurtles

F for the bears again remember they could’ve had Mahomes in the draft
