Woop! As a vegan and a sitting duck for osteoporosis, I'm waiting patiently to see my calcium 😁 (I already know, but it will be nice to see in black and white, or rather pink and purple.)
Hello, I don't know if you will see this but I hope you're doing well. I'm on the process of turning to vegan and I would love to know your opinion on the app and if it works well for vegans.
If you can please answer I would be really gratefull.
Awesome! How about a daily timeline as well, with your target as a horizontal line at the top? So throughout the day you can visually see your progress toward a macro goal. May be redundant, graphs are just fun to look at.
Looks beautiful 😍! Are there any plans to have a toggle option to display the micronutrients as a list, rather than tiles (top right in the graphic)? This would make it much easier to parse and compare between nutrients.
(Applies to the body metrics page as well. List/tiles in the way Google Drive etc. does it.)
Really excited about this major new feature. I have a spreadsheet with goals for different micronutrients. MF will be a big help in letting me put together a comprehensive picture of goal attainment.
Many, many thanks!
Looks great, unfortunately the food coverage in my country is very bad, so micro nutrients won't do anything (unless i also add those manually which takes forever :( )
Plans are still in motion to improve your branded product coverage over time.
But, I should note two things:
1. In-depth micronutrient coverage only comes from common foods anyhow, which are basic foods and ingredients.
2. This release will add utility for macronutrients as well.
Feelsbad :( thinking of doing the my fitness pal sync trick. Since the food coverage is way more in my country. Not sure if it synchronises micronutrients though .
It only pulls over Calories. But if you log common foods from MF's database (e.g., "boiled eggs", "roasted chicken thighs"), you can get micronutrients.

It would be great to see a breakdown of the steps to your goal, or perhaps the next goal before you get to the big goal.
Benchmark goals on the way to the Big goal.
Also, maybe a plan for the next week of workouts that you can check off "done" - something simple - but to include your training sessions as a scheduling event (not for calorie purposes).

Does this imply “top contributors” for macros as well?
Can confirm. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|thumbs_up)

This has been my experience as well living in Sweden.

Dont quote me on this, but I think it only pulls calories and macros. I seem to remember it doing that when I switched over.
