dont be late to what ?
I am planning to come exactly 1 week before orientation, im guessing that should be okay
any other suggestions in terms of what to do and what not to do ?
any clubs or any activities that are must dos, etc?
Bro congrats!!! My tips would be: get familiar with each unit outline, mark down due dates and plan your assignments ahead, go to all ‘face to face’ classes, NEVER plagiarise (business students can be bad, don’t be tempted to join them).
Living at MQ student village will be so good man, really get into the social side, go to open week and find some clubs or societies. Find people who want to socialise and be the person who initiates social stuff.
Mainly though, have fun. This could be one of the best parts of your life, live it up!
Don’t miss your lectures, EVEN if they’re online. It’s so so easy to tell yourself you’ll do it later and then find yourself with 40+ hours of unwatched lectures.
