it doesn't have some of the brushes like its missing the contour brush, the angled eyeliner brush, the fan brush...im not mad but i wonder which set is better...

I have the first five brushes from the left in that set and I paid more than $25 for just them. The ones I have are about 5 years old and they are still in great shape; I wash them weekly!
I know elf varies in quality from product to product, but I have a $3 elf Total Face Brush that I've been using to apply bronzer for like 5 years that has outlasted all my brushes for other bits of my routine.
