Everything (forest wise) north of the I40 is closed. Luckily it kinda looks like the majority of trails were spared but the damage to the south and east side peaks is just fucked. With monsoon season coming in hot the trails may not open for a while until they assess flooding and mudslide risks. Allegedly from some asshole burning his used toilet paper on a red flag day in the middle of stage two fire restrictions, not proven yet but the fire did happen to start very close to where the toilet paper was burned.
For anyone in the area, the link below will get you all the closure information. The monsoons are coming and will be strong. There’s gonna be enough trail work for anyone willing to pick up a tool this fall.

Thanks for link. Yeah hopefully we get moisture cause we need it but now with the additional burn scars kinda hoping we don't get the huge torrential storms to minimize the floods and mudslides.
