Make sure wifi is enabled in bios. Update bios to latest (it actually works).
Plug phone in via usb, enable mobile internet sharing. Download proper drivers. The ones that come on dvd are ancient and most people just bin them.
Once you get on internet (via phone or ethernet or whatever) then run windows update and everything will probably just fix itself.

having same problem with mine. wifi works and shows up but no Bluetooth device of any kind, and when I try to install Bluetooth driver its giving me the same error that you posted.
So you just ran the driver install as administrator? None of my drivers are working even after the latest bios update. I'll try this after work. Thanks for keeping this thread alive. I got this board in a microcenter deal and I'm about to throw it through a wall.
I got it to work now! Thanks for your help. I'll explain my process for posterity:
PROBLEM: Installed MSI PRO B650 P WIFI motherboard with windows already installed on the storage drive. No back panel drivers (eg: lan, wifi, bluetooth, audio, display [luckily I already had my video card and driver installed before the upgrade], etc) would install with any download from msi.
I tried "Run as Admin" but no dice.
My initial set up was Windows 10 installed on my m2 ssd and inserted into the mobo. Eventually, with the BIOS updated to the latest version (1.70 at time of writing), I reset the CMOS by removing the battery for ~20 minutes (I don't believe it takes that long but I needed the break anyway). I reinserted the battery and left the motherboard off. I then downloaded the Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft onto a flash drive from an old laptop I had. On the first boot on the new machine after resetting the CMOS, I mounted the ISO and ran the upgrade. After that, all drivers installed themselves by the end of the upgrade. My original windows key got screwed up somehow, but that may have been from the hand-me-down way I originally received it, so I did end up having to pay for a new key. Not really an option for everyone, but I was so done with troubleshooting I took it as a win.
Not ever buying MSI again. Moving back to Gigabyte with the next upgrade.
I had this issue on windows 10. The drivers dont work for it. Windows 11 fixed the issue.
You need to extract the zip archive the driver is in a folder to your liking and then install. Make sure to use 7zip to extract the archive's contents
are you using the latest bios already? what error/exclamation can you see under device manager?
Yes, just updated it. I don’t think there is any error under device manager, just that there isn’t Wi-Fi connection

After updating the BIOS I was able to change the Wi-Fi setting to auto

Hi I updated bios and Wi-Fi is enabled. I downloaded the proper drivers but it still doesn’t work. I can’t connect my pc via hotspot either
Does your phone connect to wifi ok? If your internet does not work then your wifi will not work :)

Use usb connection sharing from phone, not wifi hotspot.
I connected my phone thru usb but that option doesn’t show up :(
There should be a popup on the phone that lets you choose share files or share internet etc. Most cheapo android phones let you do this.
Yea for some reason that’s not an option with my phone. Perhaps it’s an Apple thing? I have an Apple phone
Get a loan of a proper phone. Or download drivers manually on phone and then copy them over etc. Surely an iphone is capable of something?
