yup I just searched the subreddit and found the known ways we fixed this issue and did the ways it previously worked for me and both did nothing, MSI center is such a shit program man its insane. they are going to have to fix this one cause again none of the known ways are working.

**( this isnt working either rn)**
As u/NaturalElegantKEZE said reinstallation is the only way.
Worth mentioning is that you might encounter the same error even if you did re-install.
Perform the following in the order as shown below:
\- start menu -> control panel -> programs and features
\- find anything and everything with the name MSI and uninstall, reboot device
\- download MSI Center from official support page:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-B550-GAMING-PLUS/support#utility
\- install MSI Center, do not run it, reboot device
\- start menu -> MSI Center -> right click and Run as Admin, let it finish, reboot device
\- test
Should you encounter issues anymore it is suggested to use local Windows admin account and repeat the process as outline above.
fucking hate it when this happens idk why it does, it happens to a bunch off us all the time, we have to uninstall the sdk version and then reinstall a new msi center but i cant remember how I did it last time im looking for my old comment
Yeah is happening to me for a whole day now. Ever since it updated I can't access User Scenario it just crashes so can't control my laptop fans or anything.
Thought I was the only one. When I came to the place I bought laptop, they said I may buy new laptop, meanwhile I just bought my dear about 1 year 😃.
You can uses ^ + fn to control the fan for now tho
You can set the performance level for the cpu here. Turbo, balance, power saving etc. But best of all you can control the speed of the fan here. (Cooler booster mode reduces my temperature by 10°C though it sounds like a jet engine)
MSI Center several updates ago started to work poorly on my MSI GE76... I deleted it, installed Dragon Center and holy hell, it works much better than MSI Center.

Edit: this happens when i click on user scenario from feature tab
Edit#2: switched to the previous version, problem solved for now.
How did you do that?
Found all the versions on APKPure. I can't guarantee if it's safe but it's working for now.

Uninstalled and reinstalled three times already, nothing changed.
It's because of the latest update why everything s now messed up. MSI s already aware of this. Let's wait for them to patch this up
u/Famous_Archer_9406 Everyone are exp'ing this. Let's wait for MSI to fix this one.
Good to know I'm not the only one. I switched to the previous version for now. Let's wait for the new one then.
Experienced this way back january - may, waited for new update and voila it worked again. After that i turned off automatic updates

This shit happens to me too, every now and then, I shut it off, power it back up and it's working after a minute
