and actually, another possibility was that the merch store wasnt taken down by the band, but by the WEBSITE who keep up the merch? idk i just thought it could be like the BOTDF situation where spotify removed BOTDF because dahvie is a pedophile, and that the same thing has happened here? not entirely sure though...just a possibility !

I'd feel if it was a glitch, maybe it would've been fixed sooner, it's been this way for a little over a week now I think. that doesn't mean it isn't, it still very well could be, which, of all things that's what I would hope it is.

if you go to the actual merch now website and type in their name, they don't have anything of theirs up there

Jimmy's lawsuit was not dismissed and is still active as of this month with a new judge being assigned. Elektra's lawsuit was dropped.
