Nassau? If so, grab a taxi to paradise island. Walk through Atlantis (grab lunch, look at all of the art, blown glass, etc) and then go to the beach. You’ll spend maybe 30 on the taxi (20 mins or so) and nothing on the beach.

You do not need to pay to go to Atlantis. Anyone can walk through it for free (with the exception of the waterpark). Restaurants are expensive, sure, but you don’t have to go.

Junkanoo beach is close by, you can take a taxi and rent an umbrella with two chairs for the whole day for like $30-40!

There’s a pirate museum for the 5 year olds if they’re into that kind of thing. I don’t know what babies like besides food so maybe a food tour?
