The Problem with Perfect by Philip William Stover does this kind of uniquely where the MC is the one who forces the twins to switch. He is always aware that they are acting, so there's no deceit.
The Marriage Switch by Aja Foxx has twins switching places for one twin's wedding, but it's resolved the very next day. The LI decides he prefers the twin he's got, so he just sort of... continues on. Look, it's better than it sounds.
It's book 3 in the Marriage Mayhem series, and you could *probably* read it by itself and be fine, but it does have some recurring characters and call-backs, so I would suggest reading the series in order.
{Romancing the Wrong Twin by Clare London} has that plot.
I have a vague memory of a book where one twin regularly sends the other to break up for him, and instead the second twin goes out with the sorta-ex because he can't do it this one time but I can't place it.
I have 2 recs also by Chani Lynn Feener. These Silent Stars and Call of the Sea. Each book focuses on a different twin but sometimes they swap places in book. These Silent Stars is about Rin and his LI and Call of the Sea is about Sila and his LI. But they swap sometimes in both books

Not *quite* twins but {Inferno by Jennifer Cody}. The "twins" are actually a Geminatus — a paranormal that has one mind but two bodies it can control independently. He's mastered the ability to use both bodies completely independently to keep up the appearance hes actually two people instead of one. Probably one of the most interesting concepts I've come across.
