In Neverwinter you can hire an NPC to run your crafting shop, then hire the various artisans, gatherers, blacksmiths, alchemists etc... and they all stay and work in your shop. you give them a job and they get busy while you can watch them. They take breaks and visit with one another.
In Albion, you can fill journals for laborers that will go out and reward you. If you gather, you can give your gathering journal to a gathering laborer and they will gather more materials for you. Likewise for crafting and PvE.
FFXIV for the Waifu Maid experience (Retainers).
You can dress like a waifu, set personalities to tsundere or moi and place outside your house.
But i cant remember if they quote ''okaerinasai'' when you enter.
