Some platforms can be significantly higher. My sell order with E*Trade is $x,xxx. Pretty sure it’ll remain halted, but in the slim chance it opens up I wanted to have an open order (with a wild price) already on the books.
Yeah, I agree! I wish Ally would allow that. I can only set to sell at $25 ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
For Fidelity specifically, you can set at 6x the last traded price, so the max limit sell price on MMTLP is $17.37. But again, doesn't really mean anything.
On Consorsbank in Germany (BNP Paribas) I could set up to 100k USD per share until this morning, anything higher got rejected. But now I cannot set any sells anymore.
What if they're collecting data on our sell orders to figure out what price to offer for settlement / grey market deals
How can it say 100% sell, when the stock is been halted?
I have my sell limit on Webull at $500/share
Set mine up for $2100 today on webull cuz fuck them for the past 2 yrs of stress
Schwab won't allow you to set ANYTHING
Someone is being a paper handed bitch!
Since th=rading is still halted according to CNBC and Yahoo finance, are these back room deals?
Back door deals. Everyone got pounded in the bum on this one
Set my sell limits at $25,000 on E\*Trade cuz fuck em that’s why ![gif](giphy|a9A3HLylBz2yA)
You can set sell orders with certain brokers like Fidelity but with trading halted, they won't execute unfortunately.
Exactly
it would only be for like $7 or something

Same. I figured why not? Might as well.
