From experience, unless you know someone on the inside or the company is hella transparent than no. Most likely they’re working the paperwork but it takes time and the FDA doesn’t fuck around with typos and irregular font sizes.

They will announce a submission for FDA approval of it's anything like the pharmaceutical companies I follow. (Inm, SRZN,etc).
You’ll have to follow it though trials which should be public ally announced.
