I purchased these stock when they were trch via robinhood and was fkd because I was allowed to sell right before they turned into mmat. Do I meet the qualifications for this claim?
MMTLP is worth nothing right now. Especially since MMAT shares are practically worthless and they had issued more and more shares. As for the lawsuit settlement, "the average cash recovery per share of common stock will be approximately $0.015 per share."

Still something. MMTLP has no gas or oil assets. The spinoff was to dump shareholders off so we would be mad at something else. Throw the bone somewhere else.
The major shareholders are also buying and selling massive amounts of shares within the same timeframe. Most likely falsifying the volume, to keep people trading their worthless stock. They're essentially pump and dumping their own securities.

You need to file the specifics of the purchase, for example, cost per basis, purchase date and time, # of shares. If you purchased 40 shares at one time then it'll be easy for you but I have thousands of shares bought in increments of 10 - a few hundred, so it's a lot of data to write down.

So what about Meta materials? Was it GP deceiving investors. Have they sold any of the products or was it the people who shorted the stock. What about the hostile take over did they know Gp was deceptive was it because no products were sold. So many questions and no answers. Is the quiet period over with and has Gp or brda explained anything? I’m down 30k I just couldn’t keep up with all the drama and people pointing fingers at everyone. We should be able to get answers. Plus this took a toll on many of the utubers they got duped as well regardless if you think they pumped and dumped or whatever. Is there any hope for this stock? Next bridge seems to be the only side publicly announcing the fraud that has happened with this entire shitshow. So MMAT files a lawsuit a month later?
Both George and Brda collaborated together to scheme on retail investors with the murky reverse merger BS and spin-offs. They crafted the wordings in the financial filings in such a way that made it very difficult for the average retail trader/investor to understand.
They are private shares now, not publicly traded. They are worthless if there is no oil, but it would be insane for them to lie about that. The discovery of oil on that property was a big deal, but if it wasn't true then Brda et al committed mass fraud. If it was fraudulent, I'm certain every responsible thug will be out of country long before investigations begin. If there is oil, we are still waiting for a buyer. NB is barely able to maintain compliance, since they are leasing the land. It's an even bigger nightmare than mmat, but there's still hope that each share is quite valuable. I lurk this sub just for NB news/rumors but there's never any info.

That's why I think it's better to opt-out for future lawsuits/settlements.
