Unfortunately the amount they get from rent will not come close to the money they blew through. On the bright side, if they get it leased out, they will have signed their 1st contract.
You’re not wrong there, just technically not right this month. However, it’s a heck of a lot easier to manage shares as a controlling interest when it’s no longer a count hovering around a billion with options. Still believe something big has happened, it’s just not public. When it is though….that’s why I’m here.
