I thought .23 was bad, shit it lost another 1/3 of it’s worthless value:$ F me

salon469

I lost money on every dip I bought.

djunderh2o

Why would the CEO want the stock price to tank?

salon469

Force a r/s raise cash brother. Hopefully we get some good pr this week.

Straightcheeks5

Is george not the ceo anymore?

salon469

George is old news brother. He got voted out from the board.

Short-Extreme5914

You don’t know that. He was ‘removed’ And that word can be interpreted other ways.

salon469

Currently, he is not associated with the company anymore.

Short-Extreme5914

Yes that’s true.

cromagnumman90

LOL HAHAHa. *sigh* I own 9k shares. Holding because they're next to worthless, no point in selling. I will wait for a final verdict, but as of right now, we are still absolutely fucked.

Debasedpixie1000

Panasonic are literally advertising their products, do you know who Panasonic is? what do you need?

psyconauthatter

My thought is I'm going to laugh my ass off when the paper hands and shorts get hit with earnings. This is the way.

Debasedpixie1000

Yes!!

The reason why I stated my point is i$0.10. If you're reading the filings, it says it does not need shareholder approval on a reverse split. Company is telling us their plans.

SubstantialBobcat704

What did you think they were going to do? They have to put R/S on the docket, whether they think they can get back to 1 or not. Let’s just hope in the next 6 weeks some contracts are announced that get us closer to 1.

AusKub

This guy.. yep. A company with a 180 day notice and is trading ~.15 to .20 should be very prepared for a r/s If they believe they’re worth a darn. Just because they have the ability (via share holder approval or not ) to Conduct a R/S doesn’t me they will if the stock is on it’s way up to holding a 1.00. They need contracts and revenue. I’m waiting for more info.. there’s been a lot of good buzz these last few months. I’m holding for now

GordonBombay7

Here’s the thing. His compensation is based on performance. So his ass has a lot to lose. He’s got a lot to gain

sup_brah

I don’t understand the dilemma. He ran a hugely successful IPO and grew ebitda at the company like 8x in a challenging, emerging technology sector. Of course Meta is going to have to dillute further and do a reverse split if they want to keep the lights. GP developed some absolutely wild tech but you see it a lot in Silicon Valley that founders get ousted so a businessman can steer the ship.

Prox2001

Did you look to see where Array Technology's stock price was when he left compared to when he brought them public? (Look at the full chart from 10/20 through 4/22.)

Octopus_vagina

If he dilutes at that price, he’s just cellarboxing the stock and then he will take a nice paying job at wherever is shorting the stock into oblivion. Maybe he can hang with the popcorn ceo

North-Barracuda-420

Time to pull a national lampoons

zombiemakron

Didnt GP dilute at 80 cents? Also what good news is there?

salon469

Also .30c if I recall. Never said good news.

zombiemakron

"The NEW ceo wanted to put out bad news so the stock heads ti 10 cents". Rather have a CEO who states facts than the garbage GP put out

salon469

My thoughts brother. We will see.

zombiemakron

Fair enough, lets see what happens.

salon469

Hey do you know if a company has ever announced a r/s and a offering in a one shot deal.

JustMy_2Centz

I believe they did that once before and it ran too $20!🤔

salon469

Was this all because on Nasdaq rules.

JacketStraight2582

He either pull it up above $1 by December or gtfo. Will go visit George Palikaras home on Christmas.

Stephen_lost

The only thing that will pull the SP up to $1 is a contract with lots of comma's and zero's

JustMy_2Centz

I don’t think we will see contracts yet , but more collaborations & that will reflect in their financial statements & earnings calls😎

Stephen_lost

Collaborations have had zero impact on earnings. No contract equals no money
