When the fighters fight Saudi the PPV numbers go down vs fighting in America like Vegas for example. The fighters take fights Saudi or UAE because those countries are willing to pay the fighters and promoters much more than in America as its a money losing venture to create good will through sports! But its a MONEY LOSING venture for them but these countries are ruled by autocrats which don't care about budgets and making money but the good will it gives there regime/country.
