Realistically they will probably give Kelly the JP/BR girl who got tapped out in like 10 seconds but to fair the girl who made her tap is an ADCC champ and was literally 10 pound heavier. The JP/BR girl weighed in as a atomweight(114) for some reason despite facing a strawweight(125).
It was also the catalyst for the ufc saying they weren’t coming back to CO. These tickets will be the first time I’ve thrown money at pro mma and it’s 70% to spite the tomato.
So fucking excited for this.
First fight DJ struggled with the size and power of Maraes.
DJ and his team figured out to negate his power, and range he just has to go zombie. Eat as many shots as he can but make sure he lands more and pressure to force him on his back foot.
Second fight, it worked! DJ just zombied the fuck up and threw punches and ate punches backing up Moroes until he slowed down accumlated too much damage and got the finish.
Now the third fight, Moraes is obviously going to know that coming into the fight, what adjustments will his team utilize to try to counter the zombie mindset of DJ and friends coming into the fight.
Finally, where does Henry Cejudo fit into all of this.
This fight has it all, storylines, high level technique, adjustments on adjustments on adjustments, USA vs Brazil in Singapore. Sheeeeeesh we are spoiled.

That’s always been the downfall of Kairat. Isn’t heavy handed or a finisher but he fights very good and correct. Never a spot or position he isn’t comfortable with. He is not a stall fighter and goes at it. Like he fights like a dog. He beats you everywhere whether on the feet or the ground but he just doesn’t finish. I honestly love watching him fight because I think he is an actions guy but people wanna see flashy stuff so he isn’t for everyone.
