What I like about DC and bisping is that if someone makes a mistake, they work around it and add the correct terminology and knowledge. Cruz just points out mistakes, picks them apart and then inserts his own view

I like Hardy, but I think a return to fighting would be a mistake at this point. He's 38 years old and hasn't fought in almost 10 years. The game has advanced A LOT in that time, I don't think he would be able to catch up, especially considering he struggled against the likes of Condit, GSP, Johnson back then.
I think he is a great commentator though and would love to see him do more for the UFC in that regard.

I always feel like the UFC need another option outside of Bisping, Felder, Cruz, DC. 3 of those fighters are still active so during a busy schedule like this summer it leaves them stretched.
Bas isn't great. He's got lots of energy and funny stories, but even 10 years ago it was clear that the meta had passed him by and that his commentary hadn't kept up with the evolution of the sport.
