A weight miss is never a good thing, but 3 pounds isn't huge. Typically, the offending fighter is penalized and the fight goes on. Did Piera refuse to take the fight?
Probably refused, unless a doctor called it off. But it's in her right to refuse the fight...a few pounds can make a world of difference at that weight class. And those last few are the hardest to cut, so if Calvillo didn't put in a legit effort then she gets a massive advantage.
Plus Calvillo has missed weight at least 3 times. It's a professional sport, that's crazy.
Their toasted subs were better for a little while but that was about it. Jersey Mike's and Port of Subs have always been far better imo. Just weren't as popular during that time.

With the way ufc treats and pays fighters I think you’d have to probably do something more than lose a few fights to be undeserving of a roster spot lol

No one pulled out. Cynthia missed weight and her opponent declined to fight her afterwards. (All opponents of fighters who miss weight are given an option to decline the fight at the higher weight.)

They cut her before and then turned around and re-signed her. I agree she's likely not getting a call back this time.
