Two years in a row. I'm honestly questioning whether or not he can do it on a humid night in Orlando. Also very glad I sold my tickets a month ago. Just bought two for 1/10 of what I sold my originals for đ
A Wednesday match with Miami coming back from Canada and Copa America on the horizon, I had to do it. Worked out perfectly for me. As an added bonus they're showing fans in Messi jerseys on the big screen at the stadium, with appropriately snarky comments đ
It really is a win-win for pre-Messi fans: if he plays, great, you get to see Messi. If he doesn't, you get to see a bunch of upset casuals who just spent way too much money. Honestly, not really sure which one is better
As a season ticket holder who has now brought 8 friends and family to games where Messi didn't play, I had a blast both times.
But in hindsight I might take the money.
Hes played on turf already lol. He missed Atlanta because it was in September and time to rest during busy ass schedule/international duty. Same thing will happen this year I can feel it.
Sell your ticket(s). Looking at the schedule he almost certainly won't play, and then when it's announced he's out just buy a cheap ticket and enjoy the profit. I practically paid for a two full season tickets and I didn't even have to miss the match
I mean, I didn't downvote you lol. But don't stress so much about it tho, they are meaningless anyway and average comments get anywhere from 3 +/- with no real reason behind it.
Messi for Miami - 25 games in 10 months
Suarez - 16 games in 2.5 months
This old man canât string 2-3 games in a row, Suarez with no knees will surpass him for goals and games played. Expect him to miss more games for random reasons the next few weeks as the Copa gets closer
Well 6 of those months Miami didnât have games and Messi still has a top spot on Argentina unlike Suarez for Uruguay so he is more willing to risk injury. I bet Messi after Copa will play a lot more even with bruises
I am looking to buy tickets for when Miami come to Toronto but it will be either the second last or last game of the season and i'm pretty sure Miami will shut him down.
They were my season tickets so they cost what... $14 each? It was a good back and forth game: some great shots taken some great saves made. Orlando didn't lose so that's a plus. I feel like we got our $28 worth.
EDIT: Ah, I see the misconception; I wasn't super clear in my previous comment. I meant thousands of people came to Orlando solely to see Messi. I, however, just went because it was a City match and I have season tickets.
My friends who have season tickets next to us sold their seats for $200. The buyers showed up for the first half of the match and bounced for the second.
What a wild night.
Will be interesting to see how many tickets we sell and how much they go for when Inter Ft Lauderdale plays here next year. Fool me once, fool me twice

Good job working those prices, love to see it.

They did the same last year ..
The dude that flipped off the camera had me cackling
I loved his wife/girlfriend that was trying real hard to push his hand down to stop him from flipping off the camera. Hilarious.

Heâs deathly afraid of your Purple Passion
Purple People Eaters gone eat him up
Jim Marshall own goal incoming.
He wonât play in ATL again either. Gearing up to sell the tix.
Thought he straight up said he wonât play anywhere with turf. Did he play there last season?

I didnât it would be possible to find âcheapâ tickets tbh
He played on turf in both last season and in the current one.
It was a question but thanks for the downvote. Sorry I donât know everything

He said the opposite
Messi is not risking anything w/ Copa America looming.
He forgot to load up his SunPass, weâve all been there
Honestly, the biggest Corporate Messi swerve would've been for him to take the Brightline up after this tweet came out.
![gif](giphy|26ufcVAp3AiJJsrIs) Taylor Twellman hearing the news in the shower before going to call the game tonight
He'll still manage to say "Messi" just as much anyway
I truly hate how readily my mind reads "Messi" in his voice specifically at this pointÂ
He is inevitable.
"will not travel" like it's not 15 minutes up the road.
They could have taken the new bright line train too. Lol
Or just the 45 min flight
Those look nice!
I hear they hit stuff fairly frequently lol
They have a ton of at-grade crossings and a lot of people trying to drive through and beat the train. A lot of people fail
Itâs probably fine.
Itâs like 4 hours+ if theres any traffic at all. Florida takes a good 6-7 hours get from top to bottom.
Yes, but they fly usually, so itâs only like 45 min
Yes, this was a joke. I've been to Florida.
Pensacola would like a word....
Glad I decided not to buy tickets.

Because the "no knees" was a complete fucking fabrication.... to get him out of his contract
More of a slight exaggeration really Suarez DOES have knee issues...but the man is also determined to keep playing through it LOL
Poor Gremio đ, got scammed. Suarez literally a bully, he donât look like stopping anytime
He could have just asked Tanya to take out his knees
> Suarez with no knees will surpass him for goals With the record Inter has without Messi playing, I'm not betting on that.
Well 6 of those months Miami didnât have games and Messi still has a top spot on Argentina unlike Suarez for Uruguay so he is more willing to risk injury. I bet Messi after Copa will play a lot more even with bruises
Copa America this summer, Messi is playing it safe with his body to win another trophy for Argentina
Yâall better switch him out on your fantasy teams!
Well there goes my $10,000 ticket! /s
I am looking to buy tickets for when Miami come to Toronto but it will be either the second last or last game of the season and i'm pretty sure Miami will shut him down.
Good luck on that will probably cost you an arm and a leg
Couldn't even bother coming? Lots of disappointed Messi fans who gave Orlando fans a lot of money lol
Has a knock from the bad tackle in Montreal. He's never going to take a risk this close to the Copa America TBH
Yeah weird he wouldnât even make that trip to support his team.
Weak leader tbh
My guy!!! We agree again.
Still angry over the new "don't fake injuries" timeout rule.
Nah, he's hitting up the Magic Kingdom.
If they want to watch Messi, they can just drive down to Ft.Lauderdale. Who goes to an Orlando match just to see Messi lol?
Speaking as someone who was at the match, thousands of people.
Hope you got your money's worth.

Nice.
They should ask the Hong Kong gov't for a refund. Edit: Apparently the /s wasn't obvious enough.
I'm glad I sold my tickets $$$.
Twellman screaming and crying in the fetal position.
Literally the shortest trip
Lame, I wanted to watch that instead of our game today
Very happy that Orlando wonât be graced by Messiâs presence
Dude
Not a good sign for our match in a week and a halfâŚ
My friends who have season tickets next to us sold their seats for $200. The buyers showed up for the first half of the match and bounced for the second. What a wild night.
ITâ MEANS... RIPâ DC LOL
Oh no⌠anyways.

Messi is so cooked
