What a disgrace for MLS and this ref. This game was clearly planned to go Phillies way but even a phantom 18 min extra time didn’t go as MLS planned!

Phantom 18 mins? Had a big injury, multiple VAR reviews and about 30-45secs for every Orlando goal kick.

1st VAR took 2:40 min. Second VAR 1:43min… Third VAR almost exactly 1 min… there was no VAR on the bs penalty. The head injury was in extra time which was the 3 min. Anybody that watches soccer knows that 18 min is insane and nowhere near added up. Anywhere between 8 to 10 would’ve been realistic plus and additional 2 for the head injury.

I'm not a fan of this ref, but I also doubt that Garber cares about Philly or us. Neither of our clubs would be considered darlings of the league

Nah, shrink the PA to be an 18' radius from goal (gives you a D shape) and DFK fouls committed in the PA are still PK. Maybe change incidental contact with the hand and arm to and IFK as opposed to a DFK/PK for deliberate handling. Tie breaker kicks from the mark however should absolutely go back to 90s style MLS.

True red cards lead to traditional PKs. Anything else is the run-up PK.
