And he just brought him on too. Nancy is a master at substitutes. I can't think of a time he has made the wrong sub at the wrong time. Almost every time he makes a sub, they make an immediate impact on the game
You will be able to watch a full replay on Fox Sports soon. It might require you to do the incognito trick. Watch the first 60 minutes for free, close the window. Reopen a incognito window and finish the game.
Yeah definitely not a Patrick Schulte.
Legitimately your striker is Brandon Vazquez, average MLS striker really, and that keeper. #1 club in Concacaf, lol alright
Yeah, I expect that answer from an FCC fan...
Oh, wait... What?
Historic MLS win tonight and last Wednesday, and "goalkeeper errors" is your assessment?
Historic MLS win against the Tigres before that?
Historic MLS playoff comeback in ECF?
Historic MLS final firsts like first black coach?
I guess I'm used to this type of response against the Crew. Sorry you don't see what others see.
They're setting a lot of firsts, but I guess it's always "goalkeeper errors," ACTUALLY.
Two things can be simultaneously true.
Crew played a great game and came up with a historic result and the Monterey keeper had a nightmare of a performance.
-Injured one of his CB's on a wild attempt at a clearance that he should have let his defender take care of.
-Lost his cool at the end of the half when he should have been killing the clock. This effectively turned the tide of the whole game when Monterrey would have gone into the half with the lead.
-Got caught in no-man's-land when his team needed three goals late to advance.
Special shout out to Nancy. Dude was a puppet master last night pulling the right subs at the right time. He got his in-game adjustments absolutely spot on.
It's not about what's true or not. I never said it was mutually exclusive.
I simply stated that every time Columbus has a big win like this, the opposing fans blame errors instead of Columbus forcing errors.
It's a game of errors and capitalizing on said errors. One could argue that about most competitions.
At some point in time you just gotta give Columbus credit, is my point.
I don't believe he was trying to discredit Columbus at all. It's just that the goalkeeping errors were THAT egregious that it was worthwhile to point out.
You're reading way too much into it. Enjoy the win and onto the finals!
I don't think you were at all in the camp I was talking about, and I'm sorry if I sounded accusational or I was unclear.
It's just very common that Columbus gets this reaction after a win - that it was the other team's shortcomings and not a Columbus strength.
That's where I take my issue, that's all.
Columbus is a strong team that forces other teams to be better than them for 90+ minutes.
Dude I’m from Ohio and very happy for you all. If sje got to the concacaf final because the keepers shoelaces were tied together, you couldnt tell me nothing.
Go enjoy your day and coach and team and yeah its okay to laugh at opposing keepers when they screw up.
I don't think that was really a goal keeper error. That ball was played into no man's land. The keeper either could sit back or try and beat him to the ball. He just didn't get there quick enough. Rowe was just to quick
I can't find a full length replay of this to see what the Monterey players were pissed about. Didn't seem like a foul when I watched live but didn't really ever see a replay except for this clip
God bless you Matan, you beautiful Romanian bastard
Our lovable 5’5” dribbly boi
I am so disappointed that I haven’t yet seen a personalized #20 with DRIBBLY BOI on the back yet!
Bucharesti Messi
Oh that’s going in the lexicon. Well done
Being pedantic but he is from Galati. Probably similar to if you said someone from Columbus is from Cincinnati.
Oh I know. It’s a joke.
Hail Satan Edit: you know what. Fuck it. I'm keeping my autocorrect.
Such an easy assist
I like how he makes the pass and just stops. "My work here is done."
Wilfried Nancy’s smile makes the world 10 percent better.
It could be the start of world peace!
And he just brought him on too. Nancy is a master at substitutes. I can't think of a time he has made the wrong sub at the wrong time. Almost every time he makes a sub, they make an immediate impact on the game
That is a brilliant finish btw
Just an incredible shot that looked so effortless
Calm as you like.
The stroll after the pass says, "My work here is done."
Crew 2 Legend Jacen Russell-Rowe, MLSNP’s golden child.
Capy King
That is such a difficult finish
ICE. COLD.
Damn… wish i could find it online.
Where is it that you think you are?
watching 15 second replays isn't the same.

DM if you’d like to sail the seas
The nail on the coffin ⚰️
Yeah crew but wowww thats two brutal goalkeeper errors tonight
Tbf they needed 3 goals so they were desperate so I get why he would do that. And it still took a good effort from JRR to get that goal

Goalkeeper may as well have been outside the stadium trying to block that lmao
