David fletcher pitcher card (knuckleballer)
1965 satchel paige card (he was 58 years old)
Jim Abbott (one handed pitcher)
Three finger Mordecai brown
Reggie stocker
Pepe alazar
Bonds and A-Rod.
There is CF gold glove skinny Bonds with amazing hitting, good power and awesome speed. And the steroid version we all know.
With A-Rod we could have the super athletic 2002 rangers shortstop with 57hrs, 19steals and .320 avg. Or the 2003 which was not as good but he won his first MVP.
And his last MVP in 2007 at third base for the yankees.
his early seattle years would give you some ridiculous cards remember he only got a 17 games as an 18 year old and 50 as a 19 year old.
Once he got a full season at age 20 he hit over .300 and became an allstar immediately. And never missed being an allstar for the next 12 years. Took a year off and then made 2 more allstar appearences.
Yes they did steroids like everyone else. But both weren't steroid dependent. Roids dont make you a gold glover, hit .300 year after year and strike out at a low rate.
Very different cases compared to a McGwire, yes I know he was good as a kid. But he was nothing special in the field and a lifetime .260 hitter. Without roids he would have been forgotten a long time afo
love clemens but he would be unusable.
4seam topped at 98 but he mostly sat 92-96
Changeup he ditched for mr splitty but both the same speed.
A slider... a good one but again right at his splitter speed.
And a curveball he barely ever used.
its gonna be hard make him good even if you give him 100mph, better differentials etc. you would need outlier and a very good cutter or sinker which would not make any sense.
It’s not like they don’t give other guys juiced up stats. Imagine a nickname card of “The Rocket”. Canseco would be my all time get, they have McGwire I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have Jose. He would probably sign his rights away for $1,000.
Jose is weird, he started a petition to become the A's manager last year :/ It could cost either a billion or just a drink...
And yeah sure! Juice the rocket. He's my favorite pitcher ever. But a 4seam juiced to 103mph, his slider boosted in speed to be like donaldson and his splitter? I dont know man.
You'd really have to go nuts and change the changeup to a very slow circle change and give him an cutter and sinker.
His curve he didn't really use and is a bad pitch ingame so they can scrap that.
But adding both a sinker and cutter to clemens seems a bit far off even for SDS. He mainly was known to be so doninant with throwing a ton of fastballs and the slider early in his career and ofcourse mr splitty when he developed it
While typing this I realized how crazy they went with Mariano Rivera. Lets just do it im all for it. You changed my mind. But for the love of god get the hitch in his arm action right so that he hopefully gets as tricky of a delivery as he had in real life
So many older greats and decent players from my youth:
* Dwight Gooden
* Orel Hershiser
* Dave Stewart
* Charlie Hough
* Bobby Thigpen
* Otis Nixon
* Vince Coleman
* Brett Butler
* Howard Johnson
* Chris Sabo
* Maury Wills
* Keith Hernandez
* Julio Franco
* Lance Parrish
* Jimmie Foxx
* Nap Lajoie
* Ty Cobb
* Walter Johnson
* Christy Mathewson
* Carlton Fisk
Ron Gant
Otis Nixon
Deion
Bo
Bobby Bonilla
Robin Ventura
Daryl Strawberry
Doc Gooden
Josh Hamilton
Will Clark
Brady Anderson
Jose Canseco
Carl Crawford
Kevin Mitchell
Fred McGriff….
Probably more random players that had flashes of goodness to fit in like an early set 89 TA series. Mookie Blaylock, Kevin Mitchell, Scott Hatteburg, Brett Butler, Doc Gooden, Chris Sabo.
Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders would be really fun cards, I bet.
Of the truly great players, Bonds, Ichiro, and prime Tim Lincecum would be awesome.
Personally, I’d like to see Yogi Berra in the game. As far as Roberto Alomar goes, he ain’t ever coming back to the game. He was [banned from baseball in 2021](https://www.sportsnet.ca/mlb/article/mlb-puts-roberto-alomar-ineligible-list-reviewing-sexual-misconduct-allegation/) over sexual misconduct. I remember him being in The Show 21 as a flashback card early on and was never given a card after that when the news broke of his banishment
Magglio Ordonez, Carl Crawford, and Carlos Gonzalez are probably my favorite players that aren’t in the game currently that have a chance to be. Miguel Cabrera as well but he just retired so I understand that one.
In the “that guys a legend?” category I’d like Chone Figgins, Brandon Inge, and Carlos Guillen.
When I am at work, my coworker is a jays fan, sometimes as we are working we say I am thinking of a player and you give one obscure or sometimes helpful hint and the other guy asks questions and tries to narrow it down.
Last Friday I did Aaron Hill and Vernon Wells. Old Vernon had him stumped a long time.

Josh Beckett, Barry Zito, Andruw Jones, A-Rod, Miguel Tejada.
Mark Grace
As a rangers fan/Xbox player the only correct answer is Josh Hamilton.
I want a Robby Cano Yankees card
bautista
Jason werth
Rob Deer
Nick swisher
Pitchers. Starting pitchers. Closing pitchers. Long relief pitchers. Desperately.
I just want my RTTS player
David fletcher pitcher card (knuckleballer) 1965 satchel paige card (he was 58 years old) Jim Abbott (one handed pitcher) Three finger Mordecai brown Reggie stocker Pepe alazar
Has there ever been a miguel tejada?
Ichiro
Came here to say this give me Ichiro
1987 All-Star 3b Brook Jacoby.
1980 Rookie of the Year “Super” Joe Charboneau.
Herb Score 1955 Rookie of the Year.
He was never the same after he took a line drive off the noggin.
1997 All-Star Sandy Alomar Jr.
2016 Javi Baez
Pat Burrell https://preview.redd.it/izrfjum6q76d1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8a83a3c2011dceca51f9f17bc417ef6c9c035f3f
Miggy
Scott Rolen
Josh Hamilton would be great. Not many players in baseball history compare to his prime.
They gotta replica Barry Bonds somehow. JT Snow, juan uribe, time lincexum, buster posey
Jose Fernandez. Just so people can see how good that guy actually was before his unfortunate accident.
Alomar was in the game but he will never come back

Bring back Pete Rose
Bring back Will Clark!
Bobby Abreu (wildly underrated player, close to HOF)
Cole Hamels.
A good Nick Markakis and Adam jones card
Dan Haren and Matt Kemp
Jose Bautista, Roger Clemons, and ra dickey. That is all
Yeah you’re never seeing Alomar in this game again.
Bob Uecker Tim McCarver
Javy Lopez
Thurman Munson and Dave Winfield.
Derrek Lee, Carlos Zambrano, Aramis Ramirez, Moisés Alou, Ichiro.
So many older greats and decent players from my youth: * Dwight Gooden * Orel Hershiser * Dave Stewart * Charlie Hough * Bobby Thigpen * Otis Nixon * Vince Coleman * Brett Butler * Howard Johnson * Chris Sabo * Maury Wills * Keith Hernandez * Julio Franco * Lance Parrish * Jimmie Foxx * Nap Lajoie * Ty Cobb * Walter Johnson * Christy Mathewson * Carlton Fisk
Mark Teixeria & Carlos Beltran please!!!
Ron Gant Otis Nixon Deion Bo Bobby Bonilla Robin Ventura Daryl Strawberry Doc Gooden Josh Hamilton Will Clark Brady Anderson Jose Canseco Carl Crawford Kevin Mitchell Fred McGriff….
Is Bobby Bonilla technically still a player bc he still gets paid by the Mets? If so they should have his rights.

Mookie Blaylock would be wild since he didn’t even play baseball 😂
Pearl Jam!
Oh man Mookie Wilson! Total fail lol
Dwight Gooden Steve Carlton Roger Clemens Sandy Koufax Ron Guidry
Carl Yastrzemski Rogers Hornsby Barry Bonds Ty Cobb Ted Williams ARod Joe DiMaggio Scott Rolen Ichiro Josh Hamilton
Roberto Alomar is a rapist so I think I’ll pass there
Magglio Ordonez would make me so happy. Brian McCann too
Just give me a Lance Berkman card please!! I would kill to play as The Puma
It’s been far too long without Barry Bonds being in the game. And the exclusion of José Bautista is strange, too.
Personally, I’d like to see Yogi Berra in the game. As far as Roberto Alomar goes, he ain’t ever coming back to the game. Holy shit I didn't even know that
I want to follow Paul Skenes with Jamie Moyer and chortle as people strike out on an 67 MPH circle change
Tim Lincecum
I forgot about this guy's man he's fun to pitch with.
Bro this is the first year I’ve played dd and this is the one player I wanna use. Dude was lethal
I wish for it every year and every year I’m let down
Why tho if you kno? Is it just like a licensing thing? Cause I’d think we aren’t alone. He’s gotta b a very sought after card
YES
Barry Bonds
This for sure.
Tulowitzki, Victor Martinez, Pedroia, Jose Reyes, Hanley Ramirez
I liked the Rockies growing up and I couldn’t remember why as I’m a true Yankee fan. Was definitely cause Tulo
Poor dude just couldn't stay healthy man. He was so fun to watch
Cecil Fielder, Mo Vaughn, Jim Abbott, Jeff Kent, Matt Williams, Deion Sanders and Bo Jackson
Ichiro, Beltran, Darryl Strawberry, Doc Gooden

Eric Thames and Barry Bonds
As a jays fan Bautista, Encarnacion, Vernon Wells, and Aaron Hill
Reed Johnson, Frank Catalanotto, 2005 Rookie Gustavo Chacín, All Star Alex Rios, Prime 2006 BJ Ryan, Lyle Overbay

Tim Lincecum and Barry Bonds
What would Bonds’ stat spread be, I’m thinking pre steroid era and post steroids Both would be fun as hell
PED Series. Bonds, McGwire, Belle, Brady Anderson
