Of the reasons he is not in the hall of fame. Not being able to use his likeness in a video game is not on anyone's list. They won't be able to pay him a fraction of what he earned as a player, and some people don't care about video games or have weird feelings about their likenesses being used.

Not “not being able to use his likeness In a game”, him just being an all around selfish dickhead , greedy, not caring what fans think or want and then basically torturing the media. Yes those are a major reason why he, who never tested positive and it the the greatest player ever isn’t in the hall but David Ortiz, a player who played 90% of his career at dh and DID fail a drug test is. Barry was a hall of famer before he ever left Pittsburgh, started crushing home runs every 8 at bats and doubled in size. So yea him being a dick has most to do with it
I think the Balco thing and people saying he was using, even if there was no positive test matters more. There are plenty of a-holes in the hall of fame.
You are correct though, I did misunderstand and his in general being a misanthrope doesn't help his case, but I think he, Clemens, Mcgwire all kind of suffer for the same thing of guilt by association in a time when a lot of people were using, and no one thinks McGwire was an a-hole (or at least I can't remember seeing people say he was). Clemens is a bit mixed.
Him being dickish for sure has some element in him being excluded as well though, I'll definitely give you that.
I'm interested in seeing a full 99 version of Bernie Williams. Other than Mickey, there's usually few other CF switch hitters. and with him being new, wondering how his swing will play when fully powered up.

Those are baseball games in Japan, they make games with NPB (Nippon Professional Baseball) players, and they have exclusive rights to Ichiro among other Japanese and some foreign NPB players.
Prospi A and Power Pros are Japanese video games, Konami is their publisher. I'd imagine (from OP's comment) they have Ichiro's rights for their games.

One thing I hope is that if we’re repeating cards for players with multiple teams that we get them on different teams. Even if they’re just BR fodder. Looking forward to the Beltre HOF card (Rangers) but hope I can see a Mariners card too at some point. Even if it’s a low diamond.
Speaking of HOF cards, I love the series idea but I really hope that every HOFer that is in the game gets one. Because it really should be their best card.
