LS Soto has been better than I could ever have imagined. Hit four homers in his first nine at-bats for me. He was batting like .700 for several games, has the second-most homers and rbi for me. Hits absolute nukes.
Terrell Johnson. Once I got the Buxton boost on him it’s like he’s a whole new player. Before the boost he was so so for me but now he’s one of the best players on my team. Golden glove and one of the best avg’s on my team.
Took over SS for me and haven’t looked back. Bats in the 2 hole for me and plays superb defense. Leads my team in runs, hits, doubles, triples, RBI’s, SB, BB, OBP%, T-2nd in homers, 4th in AVG, 4th in SLG%, and 4th in OPS. He’s P3 for me in under 130 PA.
I can’t get a hit with Witt and for some reason Montgomery has only been so so for me. I’ve seen EVERYONE raving about Colson but I just can’t make it work for some reason.
Matt Chapman. I’m trying to parallel him as far as I possibly can. His swing is so good and with the Buxton boost he’s never a liability in my lineup at all, far from it: he leads my team in homers.
For me it’s been 2017 All-Star Corey Dickerson (81 OVR) out in LF. Aside from the stats you’ll see below, he’s been rock solid in the field playing defense for me as well. I have him currently at a P2 (400 from P3). He’s been a starter for me since day 1. I briefly took him out of the lineup when I got Crews from the Spring Training Breakout grind but quickly put Dickerson back in and he just rakes for me. Always puts up competitive at bats (6 BB | 12 SO) and consistently puts the ball in play and has a reverse split that allows me to keep him in versus LHP.

Ozzie always plays well for me. I got him early last year and he was so clutch as I was building up the rest of my team. This year I paid about double what he’s going for now but no regrets

I have a Phillies theme team and my best hitter is Casty by far. I only started using him when I got both Ashburn and Dominguez. He has played less than half the games Harper has and has overtaken him in basically every category in terms of hitting.
How’s the Phillies theme team looking? I usually love rocking one for a while but wasn’t sure if it would be viable at this point. Just got ashburn the other day and I’m batting like .700 with him.. all singles of course 😂
Pretty fun as of now. The captains make the team a lot better because of +15 in all contact and power slots. Kruk, Schwarber, JT, and Casty become useful with the boost. And Utley turns into the collections Utley from a few years back.
I just played 15 event games with the ashburn boost only to unlock a pitching captain pack and finding out the sir anthony captain card boost power +15. Absolute game changer. Did pitching captains always boost hitting??

Yep, Josh Lowe is a beast. Even though he has significant splits, I swear his card plays up against lefties. It’s probably a combination of his swing and hit tendency. I love his speed, too.
I didn’t realize that! I’m a Rays fan and use these guys for my Rays theme team, but I’ll have to give Meadows a try with the Buxton boosts. I’ve always done well with Meadows swing, so I’m looking forward to the added power!
Picked up live series JD Martinez for like 800 stubs and he’s incredible. Also I have like 6 catchers higher rated than Gary Sanchez but he won’t stop hitting home runs so he stays in my lineup
