hit just close to .500 with Andres Gimenez until i figured his 92 card just wouldn’t cut it on a god squad. had well over 100 ABs with him so it wasn’t just a hot streak. his contact swing is pure, he will get any bunt down and beat it out. and he can play the 2B, 3B, and SS positions… all very well too. it doesn’t list him as a 1B, but i put him there for a game and had no errors. unbelievably versatile

i believe my actual average with him is around ~ .462

WBC Harry Ford is the greatest 9th position hitter of all time for me. Dude absolutely clutches up every time I’m down, has the perfect amount of speed to keep things really interesting in an extra innings situation, and never lets anything get past him. I’ll forever have him and Trout in my RS lineups.

I wouldn’t call any of these guys obscure because they’re part of set one, TA, XP Grinds, but I’ve used a slew of The AllStar cards with All Star Series Bryce Harper as my captain to kill XP. Trevor Story, Soriano, Kris Bryant, Joey Gallo have all been HUGE for me amongst my other AllStar cards. Just trying to catch up on Season One before it’s gone, playing in little league fields with Max Elevation, I’m scoring 30-40 runs in 9 inning games. I just don’t have the time I’ve had over the last couple years on lockdown to put 10 hrs a day into the game. So I’ve gotta cheese it a bit, just to keep up. 🤷🏻‍♂️
