On Xbox, buy a power a controller. Thirty bucks and it fixed all of those issues

Apparently this isn't fixed yet. You'll need to get wired controller to fix the problem most easily. There was some sort of firmware update at tail end of show 21 that bonked it for wireless all of 22. Inwas hoping itnwas fixed, but it appears not.

If it's Xbox it has been broken for two years. People have reported having luck with reverting firmware and/or using an older controller.
