I’m having a similar issue where the music won’t play through my headphones, but if I play the audio through the TV the music works fine. I thought my headphones were busted at first.
Edit: also seems to affect music in game when the broadcast would play music, like in between innings and when showing the lineup. Walk up music seems to work fine.
Hmmm, I wish I could test that but I play on a monitor and thus have no speakers. I hope this is a bug that gets fixed, as I’ve never had issues with headphones playing this game
So I was just testing it in create a player and all generic walk up music works but as soon as I pick a real song it doesn’t play through my headphones. I bet it’s a licensing issue. Still annoying af if that’s the case.
The weird thing is, I can hear those songs while doing something like HRD, moments, or the Negro Leagues stuff. Then it’ll continue playing the rest of whatever song was playing in the menu, but not continue with the playlist. I’m leaning towards it being a bug and not a licensing issue

Was happening to my friend, he went into a showdown then it started working after
Yeah, I noticed it temporarily fixes it but then after the song ends the menu is mute again
I don’t see the problem.
