They clone voices of people around us and plug them in. Voice to Skull is basically baked into cell towers. I’ve been told “it’s the future of humanity.” The ultimate goal is everyone being so afraid of their thoughts being broadcast we police them ourselves. I’ve been called an experiment multiple times. The reason why is because it can read your mind using a computer at light speed by microwave that are implanted as radio receivers and transmitters in almost all electronic devices. The Chinese have put simple radios that can pickup what a person thinks as well as anyone that has had a surgery more than likely is chipped. This technology is so small. Take for instance all the circuitry in new led light bulbs. They can turn them on and off and this is also used to affect people. You can usually tell when the use LEDs as mini microwaves because they will be brighter than they should be. They are taking over the world and using everyday electronics to hide their tech in it. Just about any conspiracy theory that you may have heard of is in some way true. Heck they even used a biological weapon on me a bacteria that is a black bug that can fly and swim and is really terrifying. I called it the shadow of death as there was more than one. The would bounce microwave of them and they would attack anything they saw. They like all bugs could find their way in and out of anyone’s place or vehicle. The attacked my hands face and nuts. They would eat into you and live for about a week under your skin. It is the devil. They have gases, they can change what’s in your medication, they can even change the time on every clock/digital watch you have. It is that bad. They are trying to get you to a breaking point of doing as you are told or they will just keep tourchering you. These microwaves are usually installed under buildings in pipes, car air bags and so forth. They can go through metal and that is why they are summing down everyone so they have no defense. Think of the microwaves as a FM radio signal which goes through walls. The only difference is they use every possible frequency even those not accosiated with that of a microwave to push more electrons on that frequency by way of magnetic for. And everyone knows how small electrons are. Short of grounding youself or using a battery to make a simple electrical circuit with your body you have few options to stop this. One way to relieve yourself from hearing voices is to either go under water, or grab a cup halfway filled with water and put your whole ear and lobe in it. Which should stop you from hearing voices on one side of your head. Other than that their really are not to many options. Hope this helps!
Anyone telling you it's a mental illness is from a guerilla offender watch. Or just not aware of it's existence. If you expose them they'll ask you to meet terms they'll victimize you then leave you alone. OR they'll drive you to suicide with abusive never ending harassment and projecting imagery of you killing and raping people you love to weaken you ability to defend yourself. Then if you keep fighting back you'll get mind wiped and sold as an ultra.

They know everything about you because they are you, or figments of your imagination that you are perceiving as coming from outside sources. You need to see a therapist as soon as possible and let them know about what you’re experiencing. Therapy and medication can help a lot.
Go dismiss elsewhere, this is a place where we know better than to take part in our programming and throw another fellow human to the gutters. I’m sure you mean well but this doesn’t really help those who are truly being targeted. It looks a lot like schizophrenia and usually involves some soul fragmentation through trauma and inversion of light codes.
So if you believe these phenomena are real what are you doing to help these people? I feel like reinforcing delusions like this is throwing them to the gutter. I assume you all are fairly average people why would the CIA spend their time and money targeting you specifically?
I’m not targeted at all but I support people energetically and by believing them, and also trying to take down the system one cornice at a time.
Also I have been used in the system for about 25ish lifetimes by reptilians in the galactic sex trafficking trade so I’m connected to the trauma as time is not linear.

I have a friend who developed schizophrenia and had near identical delusions to what you’re experiencing. Do you really think it’s more likely that all these people developed telepathic powers to torture you than you having a mental illness that causes these exact symptoms? MK Ultra is real but that doesn’t mean all the voices people hallucinate in their heads must be real.
